That's not pure creatine as with every serving there's 3g of HMB, however from what I read online the two mix nicely together and are supposed to give a slightly better result than just creatine.It's easy to dissolve with water and it feels like any other creatine.The big negative point is the price, it's very expensive. Similar products can be easily half of the price of this one.I like the Boxed brand, but in my opinion, this is not a great value product. Kinda disappointing

Not been having it for very long but no side effects or any bad sides. A good mix of HMB and Creatine that i mix with before and after workout drinks. also on rest days with a protein drink. Too early to tell any difference yet but having these two together is an advantage. (I hope! )

Help with recovery

A pure Creatine Monohydrate powder is my preferred way to take Creatine because I don't mind the chalky taste and texture and a scoop mixed with half a glass of water is an easy thing to gulp down in one and then you're done. This Boxed Off HMB and Creatine supplement makes that a little bit more difficult because it's actually got a flavour and it's a bit bitter and although you can still neck it in one you'll probably want to mix it with something tasty to take the aftertaste away.HMB is supposed to help with retaining muscle mass so it's a good compliment to Creatine and is intended to turbo charge your results., I can't say I noticed a huge difference compared to a standard Creatine powder but maybe a little. It does mix with water better than many Creatine powders do, there's a bit of precipitation if it's left sitting but it's easy to give it another quick shake. The resealable bag packaging is simple but it avoids waste and half-empty plastic tubs being shipped around the world so it's appreciated. It's pricey but might be worth it if HMB works for you, so probably worth a try!
