Great kit
The only issue I experienced with this product was that the included tool used to grip the cable could not grip onto the relatively thin cable. I ended up using a clamp in conjunction with the tool. I will also say that the quality of this product for the price made it a bargain, I have no regrets and look forward to using it both in my backyard and on camping trips.

Good quality material
It wasn’t the easiest to install but what do you expect from a 160foot zip line. I used the full 160 foot on pretty flat ground the high end had to be about 30 foot in the tree to get enough speed to make it to the other side. Also there were smoked Chinese cigarette butts in the box when we opened it. Now my kids think Santa elf’s are Chinese chain smokers.

Great zip for the kids!!
Got this one for Christmas for the grands. It’s been great and so much fun. It’s sturdy and of high quality. I am very pleased with it! We installed it between two trees so it goes over a little ravine. The kids all enjoy it.

Avoid this - look for a better reviewed kit or make your own
If you're like me, you're looking for something for the kids to do during lockdown this summer.Do NOT buy this. It's just a box (much smaller than you'll expect) of random, bottom quality zip line-ish parts cobbled together in China. It has turned out to be terrible and is NOT worth the money.- The instructions are awful. You'll figure it out but you will waste a lot of time and end up redoing the setup more than once.- The "160 feet" is less than 160 feet but that's a common complaint about these kits based on other products reviews. It's supposed to be high grade stainless line but looks 100% identical to the cheap braided line I got from Tractor Supply for a fraction of the cost. A magnet sticks to it. I don't think it's stainless but I'm not a metallurgist.- The "brake" is a block of plastic with a hole drilled in it and a piece of bungee rope tied to it. It doesn't work. The instructions say to have an adult stand at the end and hold it to slow the rider down. So you need an adult at the start to load the kid on, and an adult at the end? Other kits appear to have a big spring you put around the line. I don't know if those work well but I am guessing they work better than a piece of plastic with a rope on it.- The included hardware is no good. It's impossible to get tight. I used an off-road vehicle with a winch and still couldn't get it right. The hardware is stainless but cheap and there's no extras or spares. The turnbuckle to use to tighten it is so tiny that there's no way to use it for anything. Don't waste your time with it. The tree saving strap? It's nothing more than a roughly-cut piece of PVC water line, cheap at that. Oh, and you've gotta take it off and put the brake plastic block back on the line, don't forget or you'll waste a lot of time.- The hand grip / trolley is cheap and flimsy. Very flimsy - it's already had screws come out in the first day of use. Dangerous.- The "safety strap" and belt are crap as well. Way too big for a child and a pain to adjust.- Finally, the "seat" is on a rope 9 feet long. You are supposed to sit in it and put your hands on the trolley above you. You can shorten it to about 4.5 feet. I am 6 feet tall and it was too much of a reach for me as a grown man. We had to tie a knot to lift the seat up for the kids.I regret this purchase. The seller is just trying to cash in on the coronavirus quarantine summer craze. They grabbed random stuff from the market in China and stuffed it in a box. You could get the same stuff for a fraction of the price and probably have a better, safer time.Oh, but you do get colorful flags, which the seller says is important! What exactly are you supposed to do with those...

great fun, great value and great customer service
This is a blast! It's not too bad to install if you are handy. I'd recommend having two people, although it is possible to do with one. I installed a 130ft run on an uneven slight downward slope. It took a couple afternoons, mainly because I kept having to adjust the slope by raising the endpoint. To adjust, you need to loosen the connectors to release the tension, reposition the line on the tree, and retension it. It will save you some trouble if you have some sort of tool to measure slope, like a laser line pointer. But eyeballing it works too. The included come-along line tensioner is great to have.Support is great. I had trouble because our trees are huge, 8 ft around. The include slings didn't fit, so I had to buy materials at the local hardware store to build my own. But Jugader helped out here. I believe they are based in China, so there is a time lag in responses due to time zones. But they speak english well and go out of their way to make sure customers are happy. The trolley is super easy to remove, it just takes seconds. So it's no trouble to bring it inside after each use, and keep it protected from the elements. The one thing I would change if I could is to use a slightly thicker wire, and a stainless trolley. But these would add a lot of cost. All in all it's a quality setup that is likely to last many years, and is well worth the price.

Grand daughters love it
I received the zip line week ago and put it up between 2 trees 150 feet apart very little problems. I set the slope less than the recommended 8% for a couple reasons which I think was good. The low end I attached to a heavy limb about 6 feet off the ground and the High end is about 12 feet off the ground. This made the speed about the same as the girls on the ground could run. At the low end they only had to drop a few inches to the ground. At the high end I built a platform off of their tree house. They have spent many hours taking turns riding it and having fun. I selected two large oak trees over 16 inches diameter so there is little spring effect. The only problem I had installing was with the stainless steel cable clamps, stainless is very bad about galling in the threads and had to replace two of them. The solution for this is to use anti-seize compound on the threads. I also recommend using a thread locker on the bolts that the rollers are mounted on as the nuts have come off even with the elastic stops provided. I also recommend 100% parental supervision due to the height. If you have kids that want a to have some fun this is great.

SAFETY FEATURES LACKING
There are no brake assemblies and for this length of line, you'd better make you one, buy you a couple, etc. We had two injuries right off the bat trying to adjust and so forth. In a nutshell, we had a mechanical engineer working on this to solve the issue and build a breaking system from a youtube video in order to even use this. The product is NOT a take out of the box, install, everyone go have fun on item. UNSAFE for the average home use UNLESS you make the needed additions of a DOUBLE breaking system & shorten the length. We do recommend for the average buyer.
