Does this come with a full warranty? if there is a return, defect or repair issue does koozam handle it or does it need to be sent to dji?

I've sent my drone in for repair to DJI and if you can handle going through the online system and not talking to a human, the process works. Your drone goes to a facility in Los Angeles and they turn it around and send it back in 100% working order. Didn't even think it was that expensive considering. Alternative is to order the parts and do it yourself or have a local shop do it, but for the same money a DJI technician will repair. I prefer the latter.

Are the extra batteries in the kits DJI authentic or off brand?

Hello Jim, The batteries I had in my kit were original. But I bought a kit that had a lot of accessories in mine.... also came with a custom fit backpack that held my drone and everything else. hope this helped you out... Scott

The picture is of the phantom 4 pro+ v2, but i see no mention of it being a v2 in the description. is this a p4pv2?

Mine was a Phanton 4 pro v2 as described ask the supplier to make sure

with all these drone and gibals. is there any where you can pan/tilt/zoom (control the camera)? or are all these cameras fixed?

Pan and tilt are easy, the gimble tilts 180 and the drone is easily and controllably panned. Unfortunately no zoom, you have to lower the drone, that being said, if you check out some youtube videos, its surprising what a good job these things can do.
