This product includes dextrose. They alternatively refer to it as E1200, and Dextrose Volumetric Vehicle. But either way, it's dextrose, so will impact blood sugar.

Caveat emptor
Lower calories than sugar for sure, but at nearly 400 calories per 100g any claim that sucralose is a zero calorie sweetener are quite simply untrue. If ZERO calories is important, I suggest trying something like erythritol.
