When I found Fresh Nutrition's Myo-Inositol, I went on educating myself a little more on the health benefits of inositol and decided to give this supplement a try. It has been a bit more than two weeks since I started taking this supplement (4 capsules before breakfast) and I'm beyond amazed by the results I've noticed. The sense of overall well-being throughout the day it's so satisfying. I'm in a better mood all day long, have way more energy, sleep better, clearer complexion, decrease on facial hair growth, and have noticed a decrease in cravings and hunger as well. I highly recommend this supplement as it is affordable and of great quality, providing incredible results.

The first thing I noticed was that I was not bloated anymore. My clothes fit better and I didn't feel like I was in constant pain.My period only became an issue for me a few years ago. I usually have fairly regular and predictable periods, even for someone without PCOS. The past couple of years, though, I cramp so bad I have to take muscle relaxers.With this myo inositol, I felt no cramping, no bad mood, no real fatigue. It was amazing!I have been out of this supplement for 2 days now and I am immediately bloated, nauseous and crampy all over again.The only negative I have is that it adds 4 pills to my daily routine. I currently only take a multivitamin, but it's still 5 pills a day which feels like so much.I highly recommend this product. It's cheap enough to try out.

Great product! Great product! It worked and was easy to swallow! This capsule is very thin compared to the normal size capsules I’m use to swallowing. I was not fatigued and I slept well! I decided to use this product, because even tho I wasn’t diagnosed with PCOS but I have an issue to where smaller cysts do develop, that the doctor says over time will go away but this causes my cycles to become very uncomfortably irregular and causes my fluids to flow heavily out. I go through so many pads in one day.Throughout taking this product from the first day, my cycle was on. I noticed the painful back cramps stopped, my heavy fluid flow stopped and for the first time in 2 years and half a year, my cycle did not last longer than 4-7 days, I loved that I didn’t have to use almost an entire pack of pads. And unbelievable of how many but so many clots were released.

I’ve been struggling with my irregular periods for the last few months…I would go 2-3 months without a period and I really don’t want to get on birth control. I’ve been taking these pretty consistently (might’ve missed a day or two) over the last month and got my period just a few days later than expected. That is on time for me!!! I feel like my body is finally regulating itself again. I do feel like they are working, but time will tell! No side effects for me.
