This is a great fuel pump. I called Thursday and talked with HFP and they advised me on which pump best fit my 1997 Camaro Z28 and the goals I had for the car. The fuel pump install is simple with basic hand tools and comes with all necessary hardware that all fits well. The car had not been started in 2.5 years so I primed the fuel lines 3 times by turning the key to the on position, the car then started on the first time it was cranked over. Its virtually silent. The fuel pump is self regulated and good for up to 500hp. The only con that I wish would have been included was some sort of instruction packet. A little guidance for DIYers would be fantastic. Fast shipping as well. Nonetheless, feel confident buying this pump especially with the lifetime warranty through HFP.

Installed in my 02 Escalade followed an install guide for a Silverado SS since it's the same setup and followed a YouTube video on cutting the floor for a Tahoe. Works great, cured start up hesitation. Been in 4 weeks no issues, just did 1600 miles in 4 days and zero issues, no fill up issues, no premature running out of fuel, no hill issues, works as if new, and being decatted and tuned it actually runs better. Considering all the failure reports I went through the floor. I will say walbro and even the drop in units from retail stores all seem to have a 30% failure rate. Buddy replaced his autozone fuel pump drop in unit 3 times in 18 months. So now I can replace easily and quickly. I also ordered new fuel line quick connects and a new tank seal. Couldnt be happier.

fixed intermittent stalling on my 93 camaro even though the pressure was good when it stalled (no flow)

Used in a LS swapped square body. Worked great for a couple starts. Truck started running poorly shortly after. Verified fuel pressure and it’s only making 35 psi. Will keep the truck idling but falls on its face if you try to run down the road. MAYBE 30 miles on it. Fuel tank was emptied and cleaned, brand new harness, verified that it wasn’t the fuel pressure regulator.Guess I get to drop the tank and do the job again.

Bought this for my LQ4 swapped Volvo 240. Works great. Slight whine. Cant hear it when the engine is running.

install was fine after i found some instructions for a similar pump. Had to use original supply tube as every other one supplied leaked. It actually worked well using the original and now am glad that i did. Pressure came right up and seems very stabile.

Just installed this pump on a stock 3.8 f-body. Cranks right away and runs great. I plan on updating this review again in about 6 months. I can say that their customer service is second to none! I wouldn't hesitate to buy one of these pumps for any of my vehicles in the future.

This is a great replacement for a quarter the cost of the Walbro unit.... The kit had everything I needed. And installation only took 25 minutes (the previous owner had already cut an access hole above the tank) dimensions are exactly the same the same as the Walbro it replaced, and fuel pressure is spot on. One more thing to mention is that this thing is really quiet... Well maybe my old pump was really loud, but I can't hear this one at all.
