You get what you pay for.
This set did everything it was needing to do, even though it did nothing particularly well. Most of the items felt rushed and half thought out. It will do the job done, & if you find it on sale, it might just be good enough for as well.

Kits worked well
Kits is great for what I needed. The rocker is not perfectly straight but I got the job done. Crown file worked great. For the money it gets the job done.

You get what you pay for...
Well... The bag is nice, the Dies they used to punch the finger board fret guards, the fret file and the fret rocker were all rounded on one side and very sharp on the other since the Die was so dull,the small aluminum fret leveling beam had such thin walls that it came concave on two sides. To be at all usable you will need to spend a lot of time dressing the sharp edges, and straightening the leveling beam. I unfortunately can't recommend this set.

The file is not a good file
Bass ,but file was terrible to use

Maybe if i was a fretted instrument tech i would but for occasional amateur work these are great!

Great Value
This is a very handy collection of tools for the home guitar set up person. I really like the triangular rocker to detect proud frets; up to now I've used a collection of metal rods of various lengths but this one tool replaces all of them. A nice sanding block with four grits is nice, but it won't last more than one fret leveling job. Nice fret crowning file with two sizes, I already have one so this is a spare. Two fingerboard protectors for polishing frets. With this, plus a fret leveling file and a fret edge files you have everything you need to do a good fret job on a guitar.

Low quality should be less expensive
Very basic fret leveling bar not sure I will use it. The fret rocker is not cut accurately nor finished properly and the edges are not entirely flat but rather rough so maybe I will use it in a pinch. The fret file is garbage; I will not use it. The fret protectors for polishing are the only usable item IMO so this makes this kit a poor value at the selling price

This is the kind of tool kit that makes people bad at what they are trying to achieve
The fret file is sheer junk. The leveling bar is a simple piece of square aluminum tubing. The rest of it is so-so, save for the fret polishing surrounds, which are not bad.Skip this one...
