This facet is not only a delight to use, it is very solid. All metal. The slightly tall neck approach, along with a perfect water stream, make this facet so easy to use! I do not have to bend down to turn knobs, or to get under the spout to wash. It's possible to fill up a pail. Very high quality! Chrome model

Faucet is very nice, really happy with the quality and style.

Replaced a moen faucet set that had the finish chipping off. Installed easy. Came with all the hoses. You just need Teflon tape and plumbers putty. Good water pressure and handles feel good.

The box was already opened but more importantly it is made in China not Germany. Looks descent but did not meet my expectations.

This review is for the Hansgrohe Joleena Transitional 2-Handle 3-Hole 7-inch Tall Sink Drain Assembly Set in Brushed Nickel. I had previously not heard of the Hansgrohe name and brand, but from research I can derive that it is a luxury brand that is build on quality.Unfortunately, we are still waiting on our vanity to come in so that our contractor can pair all the parts together. So while we have been unable to 'live test' this faucet, I can assure you that it is an elegant and sturdy design. The one thing I DO NOT yet know is whether this will fit our vanity top, which is granite drilled with 3 holes for a 4" centerset faucet. I'm hopeful that this will still work.In terms of construction, I'm convinced this faucet will last longer than your home. It arrived in a large box that was twice the size of any other faucet we had purchased. Why?? Well, I found out when I opened it that EVERYTHING had been thought of and included, down to the steel mesh water lines. This faucet is HEAVY and made of solid brass -- it will not rust or corrode. It also has a ceramic leak-resistant cartridge and easy-to-clean anti-limescale silicone aerator. This was important for us since we have really hard water at our home. And the fact that it is low-flow compliant (1.2 GPM) is good for any future sale, or just to keep the kids from using too much water or splashing it everywhere.Overall I cannot recommend this faucet enough, but I will advise that you verify compatibility with your vanity top. This is also not inexpensive, so I would only recommend installing this in places where you know you will rely on it for a very long time, or where you need the absolute best.Recommended!

It come with a good packing, but the box inside has been opened before and the box is a bit old!This should be handled in a better way

I have never heard of this brand before but I liked the appearance and was impressed by the other reviews. They are justified; this is an attractive and well-made faucet set that is simple to install.I am a home handyman and have installed many bathroom and kitchen sinks. Anymore, if you are replacing a faucet, the hard part is getting the old one out; new faucets are so much easier to install and no longer need special tooling. The instructions are great; don’t be scared off if you don’t have metric wrenches, as the SAE equivalent works just fine.The quick-connect style attachments make life a lot easier, and the mounting nuts that screw on to finger tight and then take two Philips head screws to secure are a great timesaver. All in all, this went in without a hitch in about an hour (counting the crawling around). The drain assembly was the hardest part as it comes pre-assembled with a piece in backwards. Once I figured that out by looking at the pictures, everything was great.You’ll need a Phillips and flat screwdriver, a 9mm and a 16mm wrench (both of which are non-standard sizes; I found a 9mm but wound up using a 5/8” wrench in place of the 16mm), some Teflon tape, and a little plumbers putty. Everything else is included, and if you can follow well-written instructions, do not hesitate to give this a try.

This set looked great in our transitional laundry/half bathroom. It's a versatile style that can easily blend into various decor styles. Sadly we had to return ours due to a very short spout reach. We have a slightly recessed drilled 3 hole faucet template and once installed, the spout barely reached the sink - even with the water on full pressure. Measure carefully! Beautiful otherwise.
