I was initially very happy and quite excited with the product. I took some time to get familiar with it and downloaded the app. All seemed well and good and I thought this was great value.However on removing the usb charger from the device on the second charge the usb connector snapped straight off. The metal lugs on the connector didn't appear to be soldered into the PCB making it very fragile. The Usb port also doesn't appear to sit flat on the side of the device so pressure is naturally put on that port.It's a real shame as the short time the device lasted it was really quite good.

Hi there i recently both the Vimble selfie stick and i just use it for one time and then the second time i try to switch on it wasn’t working at all what should i doo now ?

For the first few uses it worked fine, then just stopped working, and it’s no longer usable at all. Total waste of money.

Battery lasts less than an hour. Every time you don’t use it, you must recharge it again.Requested return but they didn’t come to collect it!Big waste of money!

love this product, has led to much smoother video and great imagery when out and about, highly recommended and now a vital part of my kit!

Leider wurde mein Gimbal S2 nach 1.5 Jahren defekt, doch hatte ich einen sehr guten Kontakt zum Feiyutech Support und es wurde mir der Gimbal kostenlos ersetzt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden!

Miro tutoriales. Y hago cuanto me indican para tratar de no tener problemas. Descargo los programas en mi móvil para poder usarlo. Y.... ¡con qué ilusión me pongo a usarlo! ¡CON QUÉ DESILUSIÓN me topo!. Desde el minuto 1 no funcionaba, no cargaba; cuando carga, no hace nada de lo que se supone que debe hacer, lo intentas estabilizar siguiendo indicaciones, y como si nada; tras dos infructuosos días consigues usarlo 2 minutos y totalmente por azar, como si tuviera vida propia. Correo a Feiyu Tech, otro correo, otro correo, y así hasta más de diez y siempre contestaciones amables escuetas pero sin soluciones. No te lo dicen, pero lo demuestran: "está pagado, pues para tI, majete", "yo ya hice la venta". Desde el día 7 que lo recibí hasta hoy 28 de octubre de 2020 ningún tipo de solución, sólo amabilidad para tontos, como hablar con las paredes. Les enviaba cuanto me pedían, factura, videos de comprobación de funcionamiento, etc. y los hechos....NADA DE NADA. ENGAÑO MAYÚSCULO. NO LO COMPRÉIS. UN ENGAÑO.

Die Funktionen sind ganz gut und erfüllen Ihren Zweck. Die Umschaltung der diversen Modi mittels einfach, zweifach, dreifach Klick auf eine Taste, ggf. auch in Kombination mit "eine andere Taste gedrückt halten" ist bei nur gelegentlicher Nutzung nervig. Die App hat zwar ein Video, die das erklärt, aber man schreibt sich wohl lieber ein kleines Etikett am Griff mit den 4 Modi und deren Klicks, schützt den mit Klarsicht-Tape und gut.Was ich leider garnicht geschafft habe ist das Streamen über Handy-Apps bei gleichzeitiger Nutzung des Face-Tracking. Die Gimbal App kann Face-Tracking, da kann man das Teil mit dem (mitgelieferten) Mini-Standfuß hinstellen. Beim aufgezeichnen eines Video im Handy funktioniert das. Man kann leider die App nicht in den Hintergrund legen und einfach das Face-Tracking machen lassen und dann mit facebook o.ä. streamen. Dafür einen Punkt Abzug. Die Streaming Funktion, die in der Gimbal App selbst steckt habe ich nicht ausprobiert, sie ist hier, abseits des chinesischen Marktes unbekannt.
