The Sole Secret Button Tufted Ottoman with Shoe Storage is spacious and sturdy. We initially selected the Ecru color for our bedroom; and we later ordered the Dark Gray color also for our hallway.Although the shoe dividers were damaged with both receipts and the interior linings in both units had holes, we are happy with our purchase. The dividers are capable of storing multiple pairs of shoes, depending upon the design of the shoes (i.e. flats/sandals).My husband only had to attach the legs to the ottomans, which was great - were very easy to assemble. The ottoman’s frame appears to be well constructed!

I absolutely love this ottoman. I took out the shoe dividers to make a storage chest for blankets. It fits perfectly in front of my sofa. I also love the color. It’s true to what was pictured. Very sturdy and well structured. The top has a nice thick padding. Love the material. Would definitely recommend. Well worth the price.

I actually like this shoe bench a lot. It is very comfortable. It hides the family’s shoes, but keeps them organized.I bought the blue one and it is much lighter in color than I expected. Definitely a pleasant surprise since I was expecting more of a blue-grey than a baby blue bench.The seating is very comfortable and our family’s most used shoes are stored in here - including my husband’s business attire shoes. The bench holds 18 shoes, which is great for our family.Unfortunately just as many others reported, the divider arrived damaged and does not stay aligned (be forewarned if you are OCD).The shoes are off the floor and out of sight, plus the shoe bench is a bit more upscale than our previous one with front facing open cubbies . Despite the small flaws, it’s definitely a keeper.

This bench is actually really awesome, well-made, and sturdy. I was concerned that it would feel cheap and flimsy, especially given some of the reviews that mentioned how cheap the shoe divider insert felt.I’m not sure if they changed up the material of the insert in between now and then but it feels very sturdy to me. One would really have to be smashing it around for it to break. I can also fit 2 pairs of my shoes in cubbie (I’m a size 9).The hinges were also sturdy and unbroken and the look of the actual bench is super cute and clean! Couldn’t be more pleased.

It looks very nice. Fits perfectly at the end of my bed. Fabric is nice. Button tufting looks great. It’s perfect for shoe storage. I fit 2 pairs of sandals in some slots, so it holds a lot more than 18 pairs of shoes. Very happy so far.

I purchased this Ottoman because of the length and the shoe insert. When it arrived it looked very good, the box in good shape and it was wrapped in plastic. The outside of the ottoman is perfect, just want I expected and looks great! It's sturdy, great length and fabric is nice. The insert took a beating during shipment and it was broken on both ends and 1 divider was cracked. This cause the lose piece to bang around inside and ripped to lining of the top of the bench. Had this not happened, I would have given it 5 stars.I don't want to go through the headache of mailing it back so I just kept it. They REALLY need to rethink the way they pack the insert so that it does not move in transit.

Prior to the arrival of this storage bench, we were living a messy life in the front door area with kids' shoes (soccer, baseball, flip flops, sneakers, slippers, etc) and adult shoes all mixed up in a stew of chaos. Certainly, our front door was an embarrassment! Then I took it upon myself to search for benches that stored... shoes to eliminate the clutter. I searched for several days, comparing products and none had what I was looking for except for the Sole Secret solution. After we took delivery of the product, the bench feet screwed in quickly and within 15 minutes our front door area was free of clutter!The details:- as advertised, the bench does fit size 12 shoes and closes perfectly- in one of the slots, I am able to fit: - 3 pairs of size 12 flip flops - 2 pairs of size 1 shoes - 6 pairs of size 1 flip flops- the bench arrived with everything put together except for the legs which I screwed on in a flashIf you have any questions, their customer service is very friendly and timely. IMO, if you have a home without a front door closet, then this is the solution for you. See attached pics.

We bought this for the end of our bed. Obviously, this is not an heirloom piece, but it seems fairly solid, and it looks good. Shoe storage is a bonus, and the design is very functional. All in all, we are very pleased. Not sure what kind of "experience" one can expect from a bench. Delivery was as promised, so for us, that experience was much better than trudging to some store and manhandling this piece of furniture through the mall, into the car, and home. I would strongly recommend this if you're looking for an attractive, functional, reasonably priced bench for the end of your bed.
