Amazing product but my screen doesn’t work
I love this thing I used to use my friends all the time to get my wrist strong for inversion. So I decided it was worth buying my own.... and I love it. One small problem that’s been driving me crazy is the screen and/or battery doesn’t work which actually get in the away a lot. Instead of sending it in for a working one I set it aside and use it much less as is. However don’t get me wrong I love this product and suggest everyone buy it. Unfortunently inredieved a dud with no screen function but I’m still giving it a solid star and repping it.

Wow
I own a couple other gyro balls, one offers less resistance than the other, but the Titan is ridiculous. In a good way. The resistance at lower speeds is pretty crazy and seems unmatched at higher. I'm by no means a body builder or super super strong, but still have ample strength in my arms and wrists and this gyro gave them a workout. Switched back, after using the Titan, to my plastic smaller diameter gyro and it was amazing how fast I could spin it. Advertised to be best for larger hands would have to agree mine are about 8" long and it fits justAs advertised it's quiet and vibration free. Time will only tell if that all holds up just got it today.Auto start model not necessary in my opinion. If you're familiar with these tools the smaller plastic ones require a good deal of thumb pressure and wrist flick to manually start them, without the string. With the Titan just a quick flick or the wrist and thumb and start rotating gets going fine. Don't even need the string, so there's no worries about losing it and/or wearing out the tip that inserts into the starter hole. Also not sure what all goes into the auto start mechanism, how durable it is. But less moving parts the better in my opinion so I'm glad that I went with the string/thumb start model. Since its so easy to get spinning.I'm really enjoying using these tools again will be switching between the Titan and the regular sized ones that I have. Price is steep but not disappointed at the moment*update*Initially, I'd just start this thing up no problem without the string. Flick my thumb on the rotor (following the arrow direction) start rotating got going no problem. Over the last few days of using, extensively, the resistance has worn out. Have to use the string to start the gyro resistance. Still has massive power compared to the NSD Essential spinner, which is a plastic shell and smaller diameter, but disappointed that it's lost it's...springyingness? Like something with the rotor or gyro or whatever has been broken in or worn soft, not as tight. Feels like it's functioning at around 80% from out of the box. And it's hard to believe that I've magically gotten stronger over the past 3-4 days. Also, NSD has yet to respond to 2 emails that I sent. Been 5 days on one and three days on the second. Maybe someone is on vacation. So might be sending this thing back for a new one. Burn through another

High quality. Very quickly helped my wrist pains.
I have had hand/wrist pains for a few years, which got progressively worse in the last year. I got a plastic NSD, as I heard they could help. It helped, but I had to use it for a significant amount of time each day to get a decent wrist workout. This thing is a beast. Trying my plastic one again a week in made it feel like a feather. It's definitely made a significant difference in my wrist over my plastic one. The increased resistance has helped reduce the amount of time I need to use it each day to feel wrist relief. I am, at least for now, pain free going on several months. It's quiet. This is important to me, as my plastic one seemed to annoy the heck out of anyone nearby. Tighter fit and a more precision spin makes for a much smoother spin. It's much larger than my plastic one. I find that it fits my hand far more comfortably. It's far easier to start up than my plastic one due to increased "feel." I can give this a light flick with my thumb to get it started... whereas my plastic one takes several tries and a good bit of concentration without the pull string.Parts are replaceable. I don't see the shell breaking on me. The internals are still plastic, and I do expect them to wear eventually... but a replacement kit is about $5 from NSD's website, so you can have it working good as new. I believe you can replace the parts in the other (cheaper) models as well, however they are a much bigger pain to take apart, and doing so risks breaking the shell. This is very easy to disassemble... one screw and a twist is all it takes. Goes back together just as easy.Would I recommend this as a first wrist spinner? Probably not, due to the price. It takes some coordination to use... so if you're not exactly a coordinated person, you may find them difficult to use. I found it easy, however my SO has never been able to figure it out. I'd start with a plastic one so you don't end up with a paperweight you can't get it working. If you have a plastic one and want to upgrade to a heavier, higher quality one, I would definitely recommend it.

I thought one of these NSD spinners would fit nicely into the lesson
I saw a plastic version of one of these spinners sometime ago but gave no thought to it. When working on a project to demonstrate laws of motion to kids, I thought one of these NSD spinners would fit nicely into the lesson. I ordered one just for the demonstration purposes. When the Spinner arrived, I tried it out and quickly became an addict. After only 3 days, I am starting to feel like Popeye. I work out regularly and scoffed at the "Workout Potential" of this thing until I tried to get it up to speed and keep it moving for 60 seconds. The spinner does NOT have auto start or a counter but other models do come with these accessories if you so desire. Co-workers are now coming to my office to get their Spin-Fix. Great little innovative and interesting product. No one enjoys those forearm squeezer things but with the spinner, arm workouts are both challenging and fun. If I can find it, I plan to order the Blue Tooth insert (BT-02). This is a higher end spinner but you are worth it!
