Straightforward to install. All works as it should, only been installed for a week, but is performing well. The only worry there is a small note under the connection cover lid mentioning something about two speed connection. This didn't seem to make any sense as none of the information with the unit mentioned a two speed option. Forget the written instructions, just scan the QR code on the unit. This takes you to a YouTube video which explains the wiring clearly and simply. It's a live, switch live and neutral. Just as expected. Fan motor is larger and more solid than previous ones I have installed, also sits in a carrier unit, which makes removal easier for cleaning etc. The light comes with a 12v led bulb, fed from a transformer, with quite a white light. The fan itself is 240v

Bought it to replace and upgrade our previous bathroom ceiling fan. Relatively simple to install. Working very well in the room and clears the steam quickly with very limited noise....easy to forget to turn it off as it is quiet!! We're very happy with the performance, so feel it's been a prudent buy.

The install was simple. And the extractor works as designed. It's incredibly quiet. Actually too quiet. I'm never sure if it's working.But the flip side of being so quiet is that it's not very powerfull. I'd prefer it to move more air and make more noise.

Builder used this extractor to replace item in bathroom and introduce extraction in en-suite. No problems with installation and initial problems with noise/vibration have been abated somewhat and timings of fan overrun sorted. Might try to dampen the noise/vibration further after item settled in. Overall working well and pleased with the installation.

This is a powerful extractor fan and better than all the previous ones I have had. The wiring diagram was not the easiest as there appeared to be additional connections but these are only needed if you want the fan to remain in permanently. Themax speed is achieved when you use the simple method so keep to that. Took a While to find that as the instructions aren't the best. But apart from that you should buy this.

I have bought and installed two of these units…..and to be fair I am very happy with them. Just two things people should know….1. These are perfect for my application and work really well, but be sure you have a suitable place to mount the unit in order to keep the noise down. Well installed, they are very acceptable on the noise front, but installing them too near the intake point, or not fixing them correctly, does increase the noise noticeably.2. The positioning of the potentiometer used to set the delay timer is not an exact science, and may take a little time to set up to your liking.Two very small points about a very good item, but I think they are worth mentioning.

Nice big fan and light is nice and bright and the light colour emitted matches the other bulbs of the same temperature. One observation would be that the extraction hose needs to be a bit longer. But works well and looks good.

In terms of using this item which would only be during the colder months , it’s probably lasted 5/6 months since we bought it 17 months ago.I’ve troubleshooted this problem with no success, obviously you can’t talk to anyone from Amazon.Waste of money and time fitting and replacing it.
