Full of twists and turns... Really good

I found this book intriguing, but it took some time. The initial pace seemed slow but once the ball began to roll it became interesting. I liked the twists that came towards the end and felt that they added to the weight of the tale. I also liked the character of the detective, who was portrayed much more compassionately aa compared to most texts of this genre

I'm a big fan of Clare Mackintosh's previous novel I see you (it still remains my fav) so i picked up this novel with huge expectations.The novel is not so good nor bad.But there are plenty of twists to hook you up.Fast paced narration, intersting plot twists are major points.

One of the best suspense novels I've read so far, the book is riveting until the very last sentence in the closing chapter. Will look out for more from this author.

Lindo livro e uma boa leitura

I very seldom write reviews anymore but for this book I just had to, I read 2 or 3 books a week and I fall asleep with a book in my hand. Well since I started reading Let me Lie I couldn't fall asleep ,I had to know what happened next after every chapter. I don't know how I have missed this author but always a great feeling when I find a new one. I had so many ideas how this was going to end but alas I was wrong everytime. Twisty is an under statement to describe the novel. The literary writing and all the surprises astounded me now I must go and read another oneytwis
