Nice quality, good price
Nice quality, good price, great toy for young girls. My daughters have been building mazes and houses and lots of other things that I haven't been able to identify. They're using their imaginations:)

It stimulates minds as well as being fun to play.
It was a gift for my great-nephew and he loves it. I love it because it has add-on kits to expand the Marble maze. Another gift I know will be well received AND his mother approves

Worth the price!
These were recommended to us for a Christmas present. I was really excited when we watched the video- I thought my kids would go crazy for them Christmas morning. Then that night, it took my husband and I over an hour to put the butterfly together, and I was very disappointed, thinking we had just spent a lot of money for a big bust. However, morning came, and the kids loved them. They played with them all morning and then the next several days. Then my 9 year old started making his own designs and using pre-written designs from the website. These are a favorite with our kids ages 3-9.

Okay, but not long lasting fun
My 9 year old wanted these for her birthday. She had fun putting it together and running marbles through for a couple of weeks. She changed the configuration once. It has not been a well used toy for the price.

Too hard to put together for a 5-6 year old and doesn't stay together very well.

This came so highly recommended, but wow - it is shocking how un-fun it is. The squares don't easily connect so it is very hard to put together, even for an adult. The instructions are basically unreadable. My daughter was so frustrated Christmas morning that she asked if it would hurt Santa's feelings if we sent it back. It took my husband, my father, and myself 45 minutes to figure out what the poorly illustrated picture instructions were saying! We are not stupid people, but this set made an Ikea armoire seem like a walk in the park. Needless to say, it went back in the box and back to Amazon.
