Great for dips and l sits also beginners pull-ups
Everything is great until you use it properly and realise needs some sort of padding on the rail. Overall good product for a majority of exercises. Tried to take 1 of the support bar off to see if you can do pull ups. Just about but then the sturdiness goes. Overall 4 stars because I had to buy my own padding.

This is exactly what I was hoping for, a solid steel structure with good welds and thick bolts, so I can be perfectly confident that it will take my weight and not wobble around or rattle during my Calisthenics routines! 5/5*

Solid unit for a solid sesh
Came promptly upon ordering despite the situation. Can just about manage wide grip straight bar dips on these, but would prefer a few extra cms in length to comfortably accommodate that exercise. Otherwise excellent for regular dips and Australian pulls.
