Finally have bright enough recessed lights!
Nice upgrade for kitchen and bathrooms with high ceilings. Have plenty of light now and installed a dimmer so we can have lower levels of light when we want. Expect these to last a long time given Cree’s reputation for quality. Only disappointment is limiting orders to 4 bulbs. We needed 7 so I had to get the rest at Home Depot.

Bright light but HORRIBLE BUZZING
Every single light buzzed. Ended up having to change everyone out with another brand. Tried 4 different brands and none of the others buzzed. Defective units. Buzzed with a standard switch and was worse with dimmers. DO NOT BUY THIS BULB

nice 100w 1400 lumens
Well after having tried quite a few br30 leds, these are the brightest and best 2700k i've found, yes they are not totally perfect but if you want a good change from the dim 65watt br30 stuff this is the way to go for sure, draws 16 watt , the high dollar feit 100 watt MAY be a tad better but when you need 40 of them and they cost 3-4 times as much no question go with cree
