Worked great for my iPhone XS and Apple Watch Series 2 Nike Edition but...
I figured I should write this review just in case you are in the same position I am in now. I bought this over a year ago to charge my iPhone XS and my Apple Watch Series 2 Nike Edition, and it charged both of them, usually simultaneously, with no issue for the entire time. I never used the AirPods charger because I have Powerbeats Pro, and the connector isn't tall enough for the Powerbeats Pro case. However, I recently upgraded to an iPhone 13 Pro and an Apple Watch Series 7, and it's having trouble charging both. The iPhone 13 Pro sometimes charges, but usually doesn't. The Apple Watch Series 7 seems to just stay at whatever power level it is at, not charging but not discharging either. The product description does not indicate that it will charge either of these devices, which is why I am leaving the review with the 5 stars for the devices it did charge dutifully for all this time.

Customer service
I received a Wireless Charger that I gave as a gift. However, the Earpod charging station did not work. The wireless charging for the iPhone and Apple watch worked perfectly. I contacted the seller and explained the problem. I was immediately told that he would ship a new device to me. I received an email stating that the shipment would be delayed because they had no devices in stock to ship. I received a second notice a few days later that the device had shipped! I received the replacement device and it works perfectly! The seller provides excellent customer service and communication.

(almost)PERFECTION!
I’ve had this charger for just under 2 years and it’s still going strong! I use it every day to charge my phone and Apple Watch and about once a week to charge my AirPods.I LOVE that I don’t need any other cords for it! Just plug in the base and go!I love that it charges all 3 items at the same time! It charges fast too.I like that I can shut off the little strip light, kinda creeps me out but other may like that it “breaths” while something is charging (fades on and off) it’s super bright blue so I honestly never turn it on, but it still works. My one and only gripe is I have to take my case off the AirPods to charge it. And it goes on backwards. Weird but whatever. Not annoying enough to lose any stars, this charger is amazing! Going to get one for each of my teens next 😁

Apple Watch Issue Resolved
This product works as advertised with some tweaking. First of all people are complaining that you have to charge the AirPods Pro ‘backwards’ but if you at least read the instructions it shows and mentions this. There’s even a picture showing that it has to be placed on backward. Why? I have no idea but at least an attempt was made to inform people.Second l too was having a problem with my Apple Watch cycling through charging and non charging states. That can’t be good for the watch so I was contemplating returning the unit as this was the main reason I bought the charging base. But I decided to use a different charging block I had around the house for iPad and iPhone. This block is an Amazon brand 12watt 2.4amp usb plug. So I swapped out the charging block provided with the unit and it worked perfectly. Charges the phone and Apple Watch with no issues so I’m assuming if you are having the same issue to change out the charging block with a different one you have or order one off Amazon. The provided one is obviously defective.I can’t comment on the charging speed because I use it for night charging. When I get up in the morning everything is fully charged and I’m happy so it doesn’t concern me.

Works great
I bought this as a way to condense my mess of cords and organize my every day used electronics. It works great, charges through my otter box case (not a pop socket one), and has had no functional issues. The product says that you need to use some kind of adaptor for it, but it works fine without one. The only thing I’ve noticed is it does have this high pitch frequency sound sometimes if my watch is the only thing plugged in - maybe the adaptor stops this? But I tune out the noise and just unplug it when I’m not using it to be safe.

Must achieve perfect alignment for 12 Pro Max
****UPDATE 1/27/21****WARNING. This vendor has now contacted me twice in 2 days, asking me to delete this review. They used 2 separate gmail addresses to contact me, and one of them said "This is an email from Amazon costumer service". They promised to improve the product, and to give me a 'refund' or gift card in appreciation for deleting the review. In my opinion, this actually makes the product less reputable, since I admit my issues may have been in response to my specific phone / case combination. In any event, I actually have to give a stronger warning against purchasing this item, if that were possible. For those who are interested, here's more text from one of the emails: "You know, In fact,we always believe the item is good, and so many people like the item but you know that the accidents do sometimes happyness reduce. It's really unreasonable to ask you to delete it. But please understand that we are just small business and negative review really hurts. Because it has a major impact on us.We all have a family to supprt"*********Overall the design and aesthetic of the stand is good. The negative is in the charging function. The AirPod section is not wireless, and is clunky to plug into the case correctly. The Watch section does not hold the watch securely, and therefore it doesn't charge consistently. With that said, taking care to place the watch will at least result in a charge the next day. The worst is with the Phone section. Using an iPhone 12 Pro Max means I need to fiddle with the alignment for 10 minutes before it will start charging. Fiddling with it moves the Watch and AirPods, which means that they stop charging. How frustrating to buy a stand that is supposed to be easier than using the cords I already own, and instead makes it harder to charge my devices. I stopped using it almost immediately. Maybe give this a pass unless what you really want is to keep all the devices in one place, and don't mind the frustration of actually getting them to charge.
