For other brand (which went out of stock), Usually I divide 3mg melatonin into 4 tablets and take the 1/4th of the tabletI like aiwo's product and was hoping the tablets would be similar. But this one are quite big for 3mg, have no dividining line

I don't know if it's just placebo or the pills are actually working, I'm kinda stupid. But all I care is I wake up not tired, I don't oversleep, I get JUST enough sleep and wake up fresh. It feels so good to finally be able to sleep like a normal human being at 9 and be up at 4. I'm a happy customer, and will buy it again. The ones I bought for first time use were 3mg. I haven't really taken ANY sleeping aids or anything close to it, so 3mg worked fine for me. If it doesn't work for you, try getting a higher dosage. Happy sleeping c:

I didn't find it very effective, certainly melatonin works but I feel this one is either old stock or the actual melatonin in this is less than as claimed. It's my opinion. Not fully satisfied.

The media could not be loaded.  I am not a huge fan of writing the reviews but this one is important.Especially for my fellow ladies here.These tablets caused a delay in my periods.Melatonin causes irregularity in menstruation cycles.You can search it on Google.My periods have always been very regular and healthy but the month I consumed these tablets..I missed my periods and no there was no other reason..I stopped consuming these tablets and my periods became normal from the following month.This is my personal experience.
