DHPDorel Living Monteray Beach 36 Inch, White Bathroom Vanity, 36"

Purchased this vanity to replace one while remodeling my main bathroom. Sturdy and elegant. Installing the backsplash was a bit challenging, but the product is a great value. Easy installation and timeless design.

We tried two times to have this delivered. Both times, the top was destroyed with either a large crack or a huge missing chunk. The issue is that this comes on a UPS truck, and it is heavy, so I assume the box is likely getting rolled around and destroyed. I would have loved to install it, but had to give up after two damaged deliveries.

I was a little nervous to order this vanity because it didn’t have any reviews yet but I decided to order anyway. I really like it!! It’s sturdy and made well. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the sink had a blemish on it when I unpacked it. Honestly though, it wasn’t bad enough for me to send back.

the first one came with counter top broken but received the replacement in one week. no hassle. I recommend opening the top only first to make sure your counter top is not damaged. Also, open as soon as you receive it. I waited until the contractor was here so now I have to install on my own. If you are going to paint a lighter gray, wait until you receive your vanity.

I am mostly pleased with the product. Its nicely made and feels durable. Unfortunately there was a little chip (not exactly imperceptible) in the marble top in the front corner. I called Dorel and asked if there was anything they could do. I was told that there are no replacement parts for this vanity. It is one unit. They only thing I could do is box it up and return it to the store. (You would not believe the size of the box and the packaging. It certainly falls into the "yeah, right, I'll box it up. Sure. No Problem. Ha!" category) I asked if they could cover the cost of a rock polishing cloth for my inconvenience and I that could possibly buff it out on my own (about $4). No luck. Anyway, I guess I would not recommend this product because of the "one piece, no replacement parts" policy on their vanities. The guy at their customer service was pleasant enough. He just could not help me.

Stone Countertop was cracked all the way through. Tried contacting seller but no luck. We needed to replaced ASAP since we never heard from seller it was installed.

Very difficult to return - need an email with special directions because of the size of the package - waited for a full week and still no email!
