I travel often, especially to Asia, where most cities are full of air pollution, mainly dust and exhaust smoke. I have bought everything from the thin disposables, to the Ninja-styled wrap-arounds, to the $30-40 Premium Cambridge Co. ones.This one is most similar to the wrap-arounds. The only difference? An electric filter! I have never heard of such a thing, but since fresh air is one of the most important aspects of daily life in Asia (something I took for granted in Hawaii), so although this comes out to about $35, ultimately, I feel it is the best of the bunch, and definitely worth it.First, the fit is adjustable, and as comfortable as you can get for a wrap-around style. It is snug, stays in place, doesn't slide or slip around, and most importantly, it doesn't fog up my sunglasses when I breathe into it. Because there are so many dust particles in the air in the cities here, a safety helmet, eyewear, and a dust mask are tantamount to daily commute life in Asia since the easiest and quickest way to get around here in these parts is via a motorbike/scooter/moped.Most importantly, the filter works. The air I feel around my nose area using it is cool and fresh, without the fog-up associated with thin paper disposable masks. Since there is an electric component, I am hesitant to throw it in the washer, so let's see how that goes. BTW, you recharge it via a USB port with the included cable (plug head not included).Although higer-priced than most dust mask, for those who value fresh air where such is hard to find (the sad irony of living in the world today), this is something you should definitely consider.

I don't normally do well with masks that cover my mouth because I hate the feeling of stale, hot air in front of my mouth when breathing. While this isn't 100% like having a cool breeze on your face, it definitely alleviates that feeling to a significant extent for me. It's also really easy and comfortable to put on, works well with larger glasses, and stores easily.

This is a great mask. I bought it for my teen girl who has environmental allergies. Following is her feedback:1) the mask is rather heavy on her ears. She cant wear it more than 2 hours. However,2) The built in fan made up for it. She likes the fact she is not breathing in stale air.3) in term of effectiveness, she definitely cant smell smoke when passing a smoker on the street. She thinks the mask is not 100% effective to block pollen, however she breathe better with it. She still had to use her inhaler to control her asthma, however the mask reduce the frequency of the usage.The bottom line is, the mask benefits her. She has been using it when pollen count is high.She request different color other than black, tho!

It worked at reducing the smell, and it seemed to help my lungs recover, but I can't help but wonder if the other sellers would have been better. (They had PM 2.5 filters as the inner filter.) The seal on the mask was non-existent. Too bad they don't make the shells of the mask out of silicon.I haven't compared the breathability with masks that don't have fans. I have recently bought a cloth mask with a replaceable PM 2.5 filter (so cheap!). I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but I will post updates when I do.For my purposes, the masked helped. I wish I had it sooner in my trip, but I didn't know that I would need it. (It's a regular piece of gear in my travel kit now.) I had to use my nebulizer several times, so hopefully this mask will reduce the need for that.I plan on buying replacement filters from a different seller. Hopefully it works even better.

This mask fit perfectly well on me. The respirator is light weight and assembling is very easy. The nose area has a thin rubber layer to provide better coverage and avoid dust from coming through. So far I use it for house cleaning and some light spray painting jobs. This is a great product and I’ll for sure recommend to my friends!

I live in the city and right by 3 major freeways, but I also like to run in the mornings and some afternoons. During rush hour especially, I noticed it gets harder for me to breathe. So I started looking for solves online. I ordered another mask (not this one) and it was too small and inefficient so I had to return it. I decided to buy this one and it's AMAZING. It comes with a literal fan to bring in air and a filter to clear the air from pollutants. I have been running much easier now and I feel good knowing I'm safer.

This product is comfortable. This product looks really cool! This product battery life lasts a long time too. The only thing is that washing the product is a little difficult. There is a part inside the mask that sort of protects everything. I wish that there was an easy way to replace that part. However, those are long term problems. For now, there is really nothing wrong with it. I ride my bike to school in the morning, and the air quality does not agree with my lungs, but ever since I started using this, my breathing has gotten better, and I have not been coughing as much.
