Love it! Delightful and arrived 5 days early.
Always wanted a trailer hitch cover for off-seasons on my Jeep. While looking, I stumbled across this personalized cover. It was only $10 more than the usual ones. Firstly, it arrived a full FIVE days early! And it looks great. While the apostrophe wasn't visible in the online customized mock-up, it was there on the one delivered. Print quality has excellent contrast and clarity. The printed area is about 4x5 inches. The photos may make it look like shiny fragile, breakable plastic, but it's not. The material has flex to it, and that shine should protect it from the effects of weather and road. The cover slid easily into my 2" hitch, secured with its usual pin. The only unknown is: will this material survive bouncing down the road in sub-freezing winter?

Good service when contacting manufacturer directly. The misprinted the unit but quickly sent me the corrected hitch without too much fuss. Wish I had more options on the background color other than white.

CHEAP
This hitch is the most cheaply made I have seen. It is very cheezy looking and nothing I would put on my vehicle. Since I can't return it, to the garbage it goes!!!

I bought this as a birthday gift for my BF. He absolutely loves it. I put his company's name on it. It was easy to install. It is plastic, I bought it knowing this. Looks Awesome!

Printing surface delaminates from the receiver cover
First, I live in Alaska. Extreme cold in winter, can get hot in summer.The material the customized printing is done on warps and de-laminates. Purchased in January 2023. By July 2023, the printed surface has delaminated from the receiver cover starting at the bottom and is about halfway off. These are hitch receiver covers. They are out in all weather conditions, subjected to harsh environments and road grime. It should be able to withstand and last in these conditions.If the manufacturer reads these reviews, please consider some other method. I understand businesses that make these sort of things want to do so as cheaply as possible to cut down on overhead. However, the old saying, "it takes money to make money" is true in this case. Spend the extra money to build and TEST in actual usage a high quality product and you can charge an appropriate price for the quality of product. People will buy it. People will give great reviews and your product will sell more.
