My wife bought this item as we were moving home just after covid restrictions had been eased and she wanted to make sure the carpets in the new home were virus free as the other tenants had left just a few days before. Since then, she has found the steamer to be an essential household item as it helps not just for steam cleaning the carpets but also to steam clean other items (the other attachments that come with the item make this easy). I doubt she would ever live without this item again!

I’ve used it in the hard kitchen floor and it’s easy to use. Very little residual water left after use. Took about 5 minutes or do for the boiler to get up to temperate. Light weight and with a good range of accessories.

Package arrived swiftly and my wife put the steamer to test straight away. She is delighted with how effective, clean and tidy the whole thing is. Having gone through 3 steamers I can certainly recommend this steamer on first impressions.SteveMelksham

I ordered this because it had great reviews. I recently got a puppy who is doing the toilet on the carpet all the time and I have young children, so I needed something to disinfect surfaces. It heats up quickly and produces the right amount of steam. It is a little bit overpriced but it works perfectly. There was a bit of an issue with what got delivered but the customer service was outstanding. John Lewis, take note.

I liked that it is easy to assemble. The base is light and easy to move around around and the carrying handle on the top is useful.I was worried that I would not be able to fix and unfix the attachments but assembly is extremely easy. This is very useful for me as I have rheumatoid fingers that are not very good at gripping. The boiler cap is also easy to screw on and off. The long flex is brilliant. The hose and the two extension wands allow me to reach ceiling height in the bathroom which is fully tiled. I bought it especially for cleaning the bathroom. I can only trust that it does work to remove any germs. I do not know what temperature it achieves so I can't judge its efficacy in relation to this.There are three time settings governed by the amount of water that is added to the boiler, 15 mins, 30 mins, 45 mins.I like that it does not use chemicals.I was disppointed that the squeegie rubber failed almost immediately as this mean't that I couldn't get a good finish on the tiles and shower walls.i am quite happy with this machine for now. I have used it twice.

I was most surprised to find it cleaned off stubborn stains on a very well used carpet. Great for use in the bathroom where small spaces, porcelain tiles in my kitchen, wooden floors, walls where I am going to repaint produced excellent results. Variety of attachments some of which not yet tried (used 3 so far) but given usage so far I have every confidence in using the others. The instructions re filling amount, time the steam lasts etc etc. are accurate. I also found that porous surfaces, (NB not tried on long pile) eg carpets did not saturate as the steam completely dried within 1 hour max. Advise testing a small area before carrying on to ascertain results for oneself...

I bought this steam cleaner ,as we had the current virus and get rid of it.This is excellent to clean all the house items. I used it for engineering wood floors, tiles, curtains. glasses and wall. basically everything in the house. I give five star as it give good temperature to kill the virus. It is very is to maneuver. when you fill 1ltr you can do about half hour . defend on how you use it.it has all the accessories all you need.I am very satisfied.
