Works great in our salt water pool
We have a small pool (<5000 gal.). I add a whole package to the water every so often and it works great. A whole package may be a bit overkill, but I’ve been using it for 5+ years now that way with no issues.

Does not work on algae
Used 3 packs of this for algae on my pool and it did nothing! Went and bought real shock from a pool store and cleared it up overnight.

I like the plastic bottles better
I bought these instead because we were nearing the end of the season and my only choice for the bottles was a case of 6. I know that prices have gone up on everything everywhere, but I just couldn't see paying that much and did need so much shock in August

Received a box late Sunday in the mailbox, opened & short 2 packs , left email at BioGuard like the return said and bioguard said they have no order from me, so screwed, DO NOT BUY . CAN NOT RETURN TO AMAZON........ SO BEWARE.........
