I ordered this product based on the reviews after using a store brand capsule. (this is the second bottle) True to the reviews this brand did the most to relieve my swelling and pain in my hand. Now I can knit and crochet again without discomfort. It is easy to swallow, no after taste, and no stomach issues. I will continue order and I have recommended it to a few of my friends as well. I very please to have found a product that works.

i have to rewrite my review, I had back pain , even got shots in back, I tried this and it took a couple months to really kick in. I have NO PAIN at all now, get up and down from chairs with no pain completely gone. I am 71 and walk two miles a day and fairly active. I can’t say enough good about this product, just ordered three more bottles. Like I said it takes awhile but I am so great full

Since I've kicked up my workouts a notch over the past few months I began noticing some lingering aches and pains more than usual especially in my knees, elbow & shoulder. After doing some research on turmeric curcumin I decided to give this supplement a try since it is all natural. I have been steadily taking this supplement for almost a month now and it has definitely helped somewhat with the aches & pains in conjunction with regular use of my massage gun. I will definitely be getting another bottle (especially since it is getting cold now, I'll really be able to gauge its effectiveness) to keep this in my daily arsenal of supplements.

This is the best, highest quality Turmeric supplement for the money; and believe me I've done my homework. You take only 1 pill... just 1 for the whole day. They also add ginger, garlic, Hawthorne berry for added health benefits, and black pepper (this creates better absorption for all the ingredients) . The cost is fantastic! When you look at those other more inexpensive pills take into consideration that you have to take 2 to 3 pills sometimes 2 or 3 times daily, this doubles or triples your price. If you decide to take less, you cut the strength of the turmeric by the amount you don't take (in half or more).I was running out of pills about the same time they went out of stock here (like a lot of items because of the pandemic) and I panicked! I started looking for alternatives but I couldn't find any that came close. I was so relieved when I saw them back in stock. And this company didn't double or triple its price like so may other.In my humble opinion, you can't go wrong buying Tiki Nature brand Turmeric. Wait, maybe I shouldn't give such a good review... what if they run out again?! (Just kidding) Oh and it is also Non-GMO and made in America. You can't go wrong!

I was constantly fighting inflammation levels from auto immune for seven years now. I stopped taking prescribed biologic because of possible side effects. Took two months and after my recent labs, inflammation levels are within normal range. I'm sold on this. I'm not saying it will work for everybody because everyone is different but I am happy with my results.

It is so excited to write a review about this product because it is a trully turmeric. I can taste a real turmeric on my mouth and not hard to consume it. Drink it with a full glass of water will be easier. I do have a lot tumeric power at home but it is so hard to put in mouth. I love this one a lot cuz just grab them on the go and never miss it. Everyone should get it cuz its powerful benefit which cannot tell in a week or 2 weeks. Be patient with it cuz it will be your best friend in the future.
