When using the Jasmine bar, I noticed when I rinsed my hair, water was yellow. I rinsed my hair 3 or 4 times, still yellow :/ Wow! How much of that is staying in my hair??!!! ?? The website says "Organic and NO DYES", it is made in China so there is no verification of the real ingredients. I tried the soap just to wash my hands to make sure it was the jasmine soap, all the rinse water is yellow. FYI No dyes?!? hmmm. Returning it.

Im trying to be eco friendly,looking for products that minimize the use of plastics, was disappointed with packaging. Came with a plastic baggie to store the shampoo. The shampoo is fine, lathers well. Will be looking for other less plastic packaging materials.

Normally I don't write reviews, but since this burnt me it seemed necessary. I used one bar of the rose/jasmine. It lathered really good, but didn't improve my hair at all, actually made it worse. When the bar fell apart as it was almost gone, I was still using the few little pieces. One must've got stuck behind my ear and burnt my skin. The next day it was a blister, and three days later it's still a big burn. I don't see how this can be completely natural.

I really like this bar shampoo! The smell is heavenly and they lather up really nicely. I left both bars in the included bag and just rubbed them together and onto my hair and it worked great. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because they say that this works as a conditioner as well, but I found that I definitely need to use conditioner with these. My hair seems somewhat moisturized from the bars, but there is no detangling effect and the ends seemed dry. But I don't mind using an additional conditioner, so I'll definitely be buying more of these in the future! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to reduce their plastic usage or just get a nice deep clean for their hair.

We are about a month into making the switch to bar soap. We will never go back. I have of course seen all the reviews with people complaining about the mesh bag. I am personally in the beginning stages of going waste free so, duly noted to all you hardcore waste free folks. As far as the mesh bag... I’ll recycle the friggin thing. So no matter which way you slice it, it’s less material than a bottle of shampoo, a water bottle, etc. That said, I love these. It lathers well, is gentle enough for my children, the scents are lovely, and everyone in the houses hair is softer, and shinier. My husband and I both had issues with flaking and dandruff, and that has STOPPED completely. Which is amazing because I have been trying for YEARS to find an organic/vegan product to combat this with no luck. I’m a big fan, and I’ll continue to order, and I’ll continue to recycle the mesh bag, as well as the packaging box. My apologies to those that are soooo upset about the mesh bag, paper box, and the sticker that is on the wrapper of the bar (like... really?), but I’m giving 5 stars for the product itself, not it’s packaging. Just read the description of the different benefits of the varying scents. I have the honey, rosemary (for shine and moisture) and the cinnamon, and ginger (for hair growth). I have noticed faster growth in my hair, and certainly more shine. My only suggestion would be for the company to give the option of the mesh bag for repeat customers. But other than that, it’s certainly an affordable and great product for those starting out on a waste free journey, and wanting to have healthy hair in the process.

Most of us use bar shampoo because it's better for the planet, but this product comes with multiple non-recyclables. The box is very shiny and feels like it has a plastic coating, there are stickers on each of the bar wrappers, and worst of all a horrible plastic bag thing. Which I assume you put the bar in to lather with. Very disappointed.

Only have tried this once so far but I love it. I got the honey and rosemary kind. Thescent of the rosemary one is strong but I don't mind it, the honey is a soft scent and I like it more. Lathered really fast and spread through my hair easily so I feel it will last quite a long while. I have long thick hair so I was worried it would be hard to spread but it worked out great. I also love the ingredients, truly is natural, unlike Lush and brands who claim to be but aren't. And of course you can't forget the great eco friendly packaging:)

My daughter suggested buying these. I really don't like how dull my hair is, even using conditioner afterward. My hair is squeaky clean, which is not actually good for your hair because that means it is stripping the natural oil away.
