We do recommend the sucralose sweetened flavor blend instead of the stevia sweetened blends as we find stevia very bitter, so be careful if you are sensitive to that flavor. They have great customer service too! We one had an error in what shipped to us and they sent the correct item. Very friendly. Great small company too supporting local workforce!

I ordered a couple of times. Each time was great. I only order vegan protein powder so I can’t vouch for the whey and tons of other types of protein powder True Nutrition offers. But I ordered the French Vanilla, Cinnamon Bun and Carrot Cake flavors. To me the French vanilla and cinnamon bun tasted the best. The flavor is as described and they don’t use sucralose in their blends, but rather they use stevia! I added extra BCAAs into my protein as you can customize your protein powder to your liking. Excellent value for your money. This is my go-to order for vegan protein powder. Might try their whey lineup as well being that the ingredients are super minimal (in a good way) so that you know exactly what you’re ingesting. Great macros too, 24g protein and like 2g carbs and 110 calories per scoop. Great stuff. Won’t go back to Orgain or other brands as this is it for me.

I recently switched from whey protein to egg white protein due to some digestive issues I developed with dairy. The True Nutrition egg white protein powder seems to be of good quality and the taste is still great compared to their whey protein. So far, digestion has been great and it seems to be working well. I will continue to use.

Ok first of all I love the way you can build your own custom protein powder , the only downside to this is you cannot order the strength of the taste through Amazon only their website . I’m saying that ordering from Amazon is less of a hassle . The shipping speed was pretty good so no problem there . It’s a pretty thick mixture when adding to a cup of almond milk and ice and mixes with no clumps using my blender . Now the taste ! In dipping my finger in it tasted a lil on the sweet side but in saying that adding water or juice or milk could make the taste less sweet . But it didn’t I added over a cup of ice and over a cup of almond milk to a scoop of powder and it was really sweet , it might taste better with less sweetness , so next tome I’ll try adding 1/2 scoop of protein powder to cup of ice and cup of milk. It taste like mocha but I’m unsure whether I like it , I should have ordered the lemon flavour like I first intended , you can make a lemon flavor taste better than you can a mocha .The last thing is I’m kinda put off , disappointed by the packaging , it doesn’t give you a clear look at what’s inside like the added ingredients I added in my make my own like probiotic, eeas etc . And it’s poorly printed ingredients on the back is vaguely visable.I love the concept of the idea of making your own but they need to change the packaging so people can look to see what they are buying and consuming .The sweetness needs to be less sweet , i but all kinds of flavors and brands of protein powders and are always looking for that wow factor product . This wasn’t that wow factor mocha is too sweet for me . I won’t buy this flavour again , I was going to order the lemon cake but I don’t know if I’m willing to take that chance of another $15.99.

When I looked at this, I thought it was ridiculous! But they had So many flavors no one else had, so I thought I'd I'd try it.BOOM! THIS STUFF IS THE BOMB! It is a good value comparatively. It arrives quickly, is customized by what I choose (there are a LOT of choices), and I can even choose whether I want a light, medium, or heavy flavor! The flavors are good! And I'm so happy to have found this! Five stars every time (and I rarely give five stars)!!!!

Zero problems with this product except that the flavoring contains sucralose to keep sugar content low. I’d recommend indicating such when choosing ingredients for the mix as this ingredient is something I do my best to avoid as it is rough on gut microbiota. Not my opinion, plenty of peer reviewed research demonstrates this. Having gastro issues I now have to pitch my brand new mix and waste the $32 spent, had it been indicated that the flavoring (French vanilla) contained that ingredient def would’ve just passed on any flavoring and been plenty happy with that. That is the only issue I have with it, otherwise, love the concept, price is competitive as well

Love the idea of making your own protein and flavoring it, unfortunately the flavoring just tastes like chemicals and not sweet at all. My whey casein blend mixed well but like stated, tasted awful. My egg white protein just clumbs up in a disgusting gelatinous unsweet chemical blob. Won't be buying again

I don’t like protein powder much, but trying to improve the way I eat again, I decided to try again. I LOVE this stuff! My own mix, I could add what I wanted. Unflavored, so I can mix it with anything. Now I add a scoop to my hot coffee, add a little Erythritol and almond milk and shake it up. It mixes in so completely, there was no grit on the bottom of my cup and my coffee was delicious. I will definitely be reordering.
