bathroom sink faucet (Chrome-4)

I purchased this faucet in 2016. The aesthetics of the product have stood the test of time and kids. It looks as great as it did the day I installed it. The seal around the button you press to change the water from flow to spray started leaking (2 years after purchase). I contacted customer service hoping I could replace the spray head. Not only is it replaceable it is a very simple. Twist the old one of and the new one on. What floored me was they sent me a replacement at no charge. They responded immediately to my email and I had a replacement with the week. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. This company will always be my first choice for any future purchases and the only company I will refer others to.

We purchased this item back in January 2016 and have enjoyed using it. It is plenty tall for us to reach big pots under it to wash thoroughly. The sprayer is strong and aerates the water well. Although it says Commercial, we are using it in a home kitchen that does a lot of cooking. And the price was great too...compared to other models sold for the home kitchen. We love it. Highly recommend it if you need to replace your outdated faucet.

I purchased this in February and 6 months later it is broken. The button on the pull out sprayer started to fail about a month ago. It became difficult to switch between spray and the normal flow. I was able to contact the company and they quickly sent me a replacement sprayer. We're back in service! Great finding a company that backs their products.

I have had this for 7 mths now and it still doesn't function. The water flow (pressure) is low and drips out of faucet instead of regular flow. Not worth the buy. (Update: Button to switch spray flow keeps popping off for over a year now.) Cannot find any contact info for seller to check on warranty.

I really like the look of this faucet, and the way the hose pulls out and has a sprayer. It wasn't difficult to install, and it has a very powerful spray.However, after only a few months of use, the button you press to go from spray to the regular stream malfunctions constantly. It will be stuck on the sprayer and not respond at all to pressing the button in any way. It is completely random when it decides to respond and function properly, and not respond.I didn't expect a whole lot from this faucet because it was so cheap, but I didn't expect that to go bad so quickly, and now I'm really disappointed, and constantly frustrated trying to get it from the spray to the regular stream.UPDATE (8/11/2016): The company contacted me and sent a replacement faucet head. I've had it for a few months now and it is even worse than the original. The button gets stuck. The powerful stream that I really liked about the original is non-existent. If you want more than a trickle you have to hold the button down continuously. It is so frustrating using this faucet and I absolutely hate it.I think my husband and I both have higher stress levels and increased blood pressure every single time we use this faucet because it is so awful and has so many problems.Customer service contacted me and asked me to improve my review after they sent the replacement. I did increase to 3 stars at first, because for the first few weeks, it was okay. Then I mentioned to customer service that this new one had problems too. They responded with this, "That is right what you say, products have problem should be improved! Last month Our production department had upgraded this faucet internal design and improved its sprayer button, which can make it works for a longer service life. We think this is a great improvement." But they did not offer to fix the issues with the "new" replacement faucet head. It lasted even less time than the original.What a waste.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. You will experience high levels of frustration and anger within a few months of use, every time you go to use it, because it simply stops working that fast.

Very happy with the small amount of delivery time it took! Just installed faucet and so far I am pleased. Super easy to set up and came with all the tools I didn't have to look for a thing. No leaks and wasn't hard to get lines connected like other brands.

I first purchased this faucet and loved the design and functionality so much purchased another for a second kitchen. The high, symmetrical arch and pull down sprayer were great.But after a couple months the button on the spray head stopped switching and I had to disassemble it to get it back to a regular flow. After trying to repair, I found a $10 replacement online and just went with that, understanding that for the initial low price I'd expect some minor issues like this. Then after a couple months the spray head malfunctioned in the same way on the SECOND faucet I'd purchased. Now the first replacement head had the button fall off.Most recently I came home to a flooded kitchen. The cold water faucet hose had begun to leak. I thought it was just perhaps loose (it had been on for at least 8 months though) so tightened it and all appeared to be ok. Next day, even more flooding- the hose has malfunctioned and is leaking in an unrepairable spot. So I go to the hardware store to get a replacement but...nope! these type of faucets use a specific type of hose that isn't standard and can only be obtained by the company. I then looked back and found the item to still be under warranty. So...found the company website but no warranty/claims info anywhere. After a while I located a contact number - called and left a message. I also located an electronic form to submit for help/information and submitted a couple inquiries, that was a month ago with no response.Bottom line, it's a really nice looking and functioning faucet, when it works. But the low price (it really looks like a steal) is too good to be true and the replacement parts and hassle I've experienced aren't really worth the savings you get over a better quality faucet (that comes with no worries).
