Black Diamond Revolt 350 Headlamp, Graphite

Great little headlamp. Not quite as lightweight as some ohters I've had, but it has more features and is pretty bright.

I have been looking for a rechargeable light so I can quit carrying so many batteries and this solved that problem. I haven’t tested the full light time on a full charge yet but either way I always have a battery bank when I need this light so recharging is the best option.

I've been a long time Black Diamond customer. I've always been very happy with their products, up until now. I bought the ReVolt 350 because the option to use alkaline batteries is a big plus. Night ops on the fire line require a headlamp that either has a miraculous run time, or replaceable batteries. I figured less waste, and the ability to swap batteries when needed. Win win. Well, the first time I tried to open the battery cover, and I do mean the very first time right out of the box, the latch broke clean off. See the attached picture. It's a poor design to begin with, but coupled with cheap materials, it's a joke. So a quick email to BD to file a warranty claim, no big deal. I've dealt with them before and they're been great. Well... I get a reply a week later saying the model I bought was no longer available (no one's fault, is what it is), so they're sending me a new, but different model. Okay. Cool. Sounds fine. Except for the fact the one they sent me is $20 cheaper, has less features and is not dual fuel. One would think you would want to send your customer something of equal value at a minimum, right? I emailed them about this, was very polite, and received no response. So, as a long time customer, I am done. Their products have taken a nose dive as it pertains to quality, and their customer service is inattentive to details and to say the least leaves something to be desired. For anyone considering buying a BD headlamp, read the reviews. Dozens of people have had the same issue with their battery cover latches. Don't waste your money or time.

Comes with rechargeable battery unlike the 400 very nice have older version 4 years old working well but like this new version well thought out

Excellent headlamp for the money. Love you can either use the rechargeable battery or aaa batteries in the unit. Great for longer trips in case rechargeable battery runs low.* bonus is check the cost of a replacement xtra- black Diamond rechargeable battery with portable charger vs the completion. It’s about $15 less expensive. It’s a great value.

UPDATE, July 16, 2024: Astonishingly, whoever is fulfilling these orders CONTINUES to ship SPOT headlamps that are mislabeled as REVOLTs...more than a year after the mistake was pointed out here in these reviews. 'Must have a big warehouse full of mislabeled SPOTs. Way to take care of customers, Amazon!The vendor is shipping “Spot” headlamps to fulfill orders for “Revolt”s because the Spot boxes have been mislabeled as “Revolt” (see photo). Or at least that’s what was happening in November when Revolts were supposedly being offered for $37. I received a Spot both for my original order and for the requested replacement. Oh well.I already own one Revolt (purchased locally), and it’s a great headlamp, but it does have two clear shortcomings, IMHO. (1) The power button is flush with the housing, so it’s difficult to turn the thing on or off—almost never happens on the first try. (2) The downward angle adjustment of the light doesn’t go far enough, so it’s difficult to get light on something that’s right in front of your face, like—duh—if you’re working on something with your hands. Even so, I obviously want a second one. Just can’t beat charging via USB, not having to deal with batteries.Thanks to Amazon, though, I’ll be looking at other models, brands and retailers for a new headlamp.

Trae la batería incluída. Ilumina un montón. Es ligera, es bonita y es recargable! Es muy superior a otras. La súper recomiendo!El único punto negativo es que es un poco frágil el plástico que tiene donde va la batería, así que si la compran, traten la suavecito.

Ich habe diese Marke schon in mehreren Modellausführungen.Dieses Modell habe ich verschenkt. Eine Billig-Stirnlampe habe ich schon längst entsorgt.
