I have always preferred the stick in or "L" shape nose rings like this, but I was perpetually frustrated bc let's face it: sometimes they fall out doing sports/get rubbed out in a deep sleep/etc etc etc and since I used to buy my nose studs at my local piercing shop, this meant I was constantly having to run there and buy two (i would always buy a second so I’d always have one for backup and additionally bc the stones on the ones I bought locally had a habit of falling out, rendering the nose ring as good as nothing). Secondly, I hated the poor quality and high price of my local piercers nose studs-the stones frequently fell out, and I was paying over $13 for ONE nose ring!! After seeing these on Amazon and the reviews I decided wth I will order a pack of 40, paid little over $8 for the lot and when I received I was impressed. The first time I ordeeed I didn’t know what size rhinestone I wanted so I ended up re-ordering the same 40 pack but with the larger size stones and let me tell you, I have not used anything else since nor will I!! At this price I don’t have to panic or stress everytkme I misplace one, drop it down be drain, or have it disappear in a hotel bed! And the quality is phenomenal, I have never lost a stone out of any of these and I have since ordered two more packs of the exact same ones I’ve been so happy with them. I’ve highly recommended to friends who use them as opposed to paying more for Lower quality at a local “professional” piercing jeweler. I have sensitive skin also worth noting and these have not cause any irritation or migration (in fact, since no longer using the “L” shaped ones, my nose has not gotten any irritation even after removing and putting in and out repeatedly or leaving out for a time. Highly recommend you will not find better and the price is simply amazing

The plastic box was a little broken upon arrival but the jewelry is in perfect condition, so I dont care about the box lol These are nice and shiny and great price. I just got them today and put one in my nose, so I cant speak for the future but for this price I wouldn't mind tossing it and replacing it anyways. I love tiny little gems in my nose and have always been scared to buy online because I didnt want them to be to big, they are perfect!! I will definitely repurchase when needed.

I was so hesitant to buy these with all the negative reviews but im glad I did. Here's my take: I usually wear 22g nose rings so my actual piercing hole was perfect for these. These don't have prongs holding the diamond in so they don't snag on your towels- bonus! They do NOT have much of a ball on the end to prevent from slipping out of your nose- however, I haven't had much of an issue! I thought they would fall out much more but surprisingly have been staying in fairly nicely- I've only lost one when I was drying my face over the past month. (Now fyi, I'm mindful when I wash/dry my face, blow my nose, taking off my mask, etc...also probably helps my piercing hole was used to a 22g to begin with so the stud doesn't slip in and out too much for me.) Yes, the package looks like you only get half of the earrings but if you count the studs, the product is like described, 40 studs. I haven't gotten any irritation and I would say I have sensitive skin. The diamond stays shiny. The actual bone part of the nose studs does tarnish, but I can't see the tarnishing when the stud is in my nose. Overall, I like them and would recommend for a cheap 22g nose stud!

So happy there’s so many. I’ve lost them several times when washing my face it gets caught on your face cloth. I normally take it wash my face then put it back in. Fits comfortably in my nose and no signs of irritation.

Been using for years!

I love that these come in a variety of colors and you get a lot for a great price. They are small but cute. The problem is that they fall out very easily. I lost my first one after only wearing it for a couple hours. There is practically nothing preventing them from falling out because the ball on the end is so small. Obviously it has to be small enough that you can put it in, but it also needs to stay in. These are fine if you want something cheap and want to be able to switch out the colors but they are very unstable. I find myself constantly checking to make sure it’s still in my nose. They are pretty comfortable, but knowing that it can fall out at any time is annoying. If you want nose rings that you can keep for a long time, don’t buy these. Otherwise, the amount you get for a good price does make these a decent buy as long as you don’t mind losing them.
