I love this nebulizing diffuser! I got used to the sounds with time. In the very beginning, I could hear the liquid making a strange sort of slurping noise along with the buzzing. That was from the oil vibrating inside the tiny micro tubes inside the glass reservoir. Other times it's a bit quieter and I can hear the sounds of the oil kind of swishing around in there. The strength of the diffuser, controlled by a turning knob, doesn't seem to have a big influence on the sound, although it does buzz a bit louder as the strength goes up. Either way, the operation does go on for a bit, turning on and off in an alternating manner for 2 hours until it turns off automatically. But the light must be turned off manually, and sometimes I have to touch it several times for it to turn off. But usually it's very easy to turn off. So if you're going to sleep with the diffuser running, make sure to turn the light off first. It's better to make it last as much as possible. Many people who review this item complain that the smell is weak. It's true. I use this nebulizer in my closed bedroom only, and I have to sit right by it to smell it well. The scent does spread a bit throughout the room, but it's much stronger if your bed is right next the diffuser. No matter how many potent essential oils i diffuse throughout the day, the smell never becomes overwhelming. People walk into my room without noticing any smells sometimes, even when I'm in the middle of diffusing citrus or other oils. So if you plan to use this in a big open area, I'm assuming it may be a little disappointing. The aroma doesn't linger for a super long time, especially if you have any sort of fan or AC breeze running in the room. I wanted this nebulizing diffuser pretty bad for a while, and I didn't decide on it until many months later, after I'd looked at everything else and compared, asked questions, researched, and considered options, because of the high price. Because of my chronic illness and my passion for natural remedies, aromatherapy, and herbalism, I wanted something of nice quality. I made the right choice. This glass and wood nebulizing diffuser is gorgeous, and the soft, subtle changing colors are soothing. They turn on and off by simply touching a small metal knob on the base. The rounded, light colored wood base is very large in comparison to the reservoir, which gives it excellent stability and balance. The rubber pads on the bottom secure it even more, which is great, especially since I use it on a glass table. It actually sticks onto the surface a bit, making it impossible to slip and difficult to knock over. I have knocked over the small top piece once or twice, but luckily, it didn't break. I feel safe knowing that the diffuser won't be simple to knock over unless I do a dramatic karate kick or take a bat to it. The whole design is elegant and beautiful, and the spiral on the glass is so attractive. If you're really into essential oils and healing, a nebulizer is undoubtedly the best choice of diffuser. With no heat, no water and no plastic, it beats out all the other diffusers that have those features. They can affect the quality of the essential oil droplets you breathe in. You really don't need a humidifying diffuser unless possibly you live in one of a few extremely dry areas. It's conducive to mold and bacteria, and having moist air isn't usually great for you. Breathing in steaming water with Eucalyptus essential oil and a towel over your head is one way you can help your upper respiratory system. Also, you can put an essential oil blend on a washcloth and place it on the floor in your shower, but away from the faucet side. The steam will help you with sinus issues once the hot shower water comes on. But otherwise, most people don't need constant humidifiers. That's not just my opinion, it's also the opinion of many professional aromatherapists. Undoubtedly, the nebulizer is the highest quality essential oil diffuser. I wanted to point out, that on one of the highest reviews on this page, some woman types out a big comparison list between a nebulizer and a diffuser.. which is odd since a nebulizer IS a diffuser, so you can't compare them. I think the problem with many reviews is that people put up false information, they're totally new to essential oils, or they don't keep up with the necessary duties like the regular cleaning a couple times a week, plus the deep cleaning once a month. One reviewer rated this product terribly, and showed a picture of the wood on the diffuser base getting kind of pitted. That's not just from nature... That's from accidentally dropping the essential oils onto the wood and letting it soak in, which you must be careful not to do. That can happenn but you have to clean it right away. It's not fair for the product's rating to suffer from that guy's mistake. Overall, if you can't see yourself keeping up with the cleaning and the maintenance of this beautiful contraption, definitely go with an easier option. If you're serious about your health and about aromatherapy, this is certainly an excellent diffuser to get. However, the company claims to be the ONLY diffuser that ALL therapists and other professionals use, which is just a flat out lie. They say theirs is the best out of ALL diffusers, which is obviously their opinion and nothing more. I think the excessive boasting and obvious exaggerating is unnecessary and unprofessional. The product completely speaks for itself if it's just described clearly and honestly. It's obviously very well made, and the exaggerations simply make the company look desperate. I'm currently diffusing my "dreamy Luxury" blend, which is irresistibly soothing, calming, and relaxing. The blend contains lavender, mandarin, may chang, vetiver, roman chamomile, blood orange & cedarwood (cedrus deodora). It smells incredible! As long as you use pure essential oils, you'll be fine. Don't use synthetic fragrance oils or oils diluted with anything else like water or carrier oil. That can make the machine malfunction. Also avoid using thicker oils such as Sandalwood, cypress, benzoin, labdanum, frankincense, etc. alone. If you want to use them, mix them in an E.O. blend first. Or immediately after their use, do a general cleaning to prevent the inner micro tubes from clogging. Don't use the diffuser in direct sunlight and avoid prolonged continuous use, as the motor may overheat. So for example, let it run the full 2 hours, then take a break for an hour. Make sure you don't add too much oil at one time, or contact with air will cause the oil to oxidize, become stiff and clog the nozzle. Also, make sure to register your warranty at the site in their manual. That will give it a 1 year free parts and services warranty for normal product failure. They say they will not cover "normal wear of LED lights, accessories, and other consumables." Cleaning this product is super easy. I just rinse out the inside of the reservoir with a plastic dropper full of rubbing alcohol. I make sure to clean out the micro tubes especially. I also gently wash the outside and the small top piece with soap and water. Then I let both pieces dry overnight in a glass cup on my shelf, and voila! It's sparkling clean, and totally dry the next day. It takes only about 5 minutes total to clean. The thorough cleaning involves soaking the apparatus in soapy warm water. As long as you're super careful when handling the glass parts, you should be fine. When not in use, I cover my diffuser with a small transparent plastic bag. I just pull it right over to avoid all the dust pileup. It makes it dirtier much faster otherwise. So.. that's about it. Make sure not to rush right into diffusing the second you get this. Definitely read the whole manual to make sure you know how to do it right, like how to insert the glass reservoir correctly into the rubber gasket in the wood base. Do NOT twist it around and around to get it in. You'll read about that part.. just wiggle it gentle, side to side to get it in there. If you do decide to go with this nebulizing diffuser from Organic Aromas, I sincerely hope you enjoy it, and wish you good health! ♡ Update: I'm much more used to the noises the diffuser makes, and although it does still get to me occasionally, I absolutely love this high quality machine and it's just not worth worrying about. You will fall in love with it- I already have.

This diffuser is hands down the best diffuser I've ever owned. If you've just now gotten into aromatherapy with essential oils and want to get the best diffuser money can buy or if you've been into it for a while and have never tried a nebulizing diffuser then DO IT, it's super worth it! One of the main reasons this diffuser is so great is that it lets you breath your oils in the healthiest way possible. You don't have to worry about your oils coming into contact with plastics. They'll only touch glass which will make them maintain their integrity and ensure you only get what's good for your body. You don't have to worry about the oils eating away the reservoir over time or anything like you normally do with plastic ultrasonic ones. It also doesn't use any heat or water (just uses air by the Bernoulli Principle) so you're only getting the pure oil into the air and nothing else. Bernoulli's Principle also makes the oil molecules that get released into the air be smaller than from ultrasonic diffusers so your system can absorb it better, and the molecules will float around the room easier instead of just falling to ground since they are lighter weight. Outside of the health reasons for choosing this diffuser it's just so much more beautiful than competitors. The REAL wood base along with the hand blown glass is just a pleasure to look at. The light will cycle between different colors and can be turned off or on with a button on it. The subtle way the light bounces around the mist inside and off the glass looks really cool. This particular model really reminds me of a genie lamp while it's running with the light on, so cool. You can just tell a lot of thought was put into making this diffuser not only work really great but also look great and evoke good vibes. The unit will run for 2 minutes then stay off for 1 minute and repeat for 2 hours before shutting off completely. You might wish that it could stay on but I've found that this unit works so well that the 2 minute on 1 minute off schedule is actually superior to let your sense of smell get a break in between. You can actually just run the unit on high for 6 minutes and then turn it off completely and whatever room you're in will smell great for hours afterwards. I've also found that this makes my entire apartment smell great whereas my ultrasonic ones really only make the room it's in smell good. Cleaning is a lot easier with this too and if you leave excess oil in it you don't have to worry about it having ate any plastic away since it's just glass that can always be cleaned. Overall I say that this is best diffuser you can buy, it was completely worth the cost and I find myself diffusing more that I used to since it works so nicely.

I really liked the look of this unit and was tired of the water and oil method of burning oils; so even though it was pricey I bought it anyway. When it arrived it looked spectacular on my desk and I happily used it for a few weeks and really thought what an amazing purchase. But then, it stopped working. I immediately reached out to the company. And here is where they earned every bit of this 5 star review. Their customer service from the start was wonderful. They were very engaged and extremely helpful both on phone and in email. They listened as I told them what it was and wasn't doing, had me do a few things and then promptly sent me a new base. They did this twice. By the second send another representative from their company recorded a short video for me personally about the cleaning just in case it was the glass bottle that was problematic. As it turns out *I* hadn't done the cleaning with the alcohol thoroughly. I was afraid I'd break the very thin filaments (see pictures for how thin they are; but they're apparently very strong!) so I didn't really rest the pipette on the filament to push the alcohol out. I had just kind of put it in the basin of the glass and swirled it about. The cleaning he suggested did the trick. This company makes this purchase worth it. Below is more detail about the product, but know the company does 100% stand by it and they take customer satisfaction VERY seriously.. You do not see that often. As to the unit: It's gorgeous, the light is subtle and the rotation of the light colors is pleasing (as an aside I'd love it if we could choose a color in the rotation but that is only my opinion). At night the light is a welcome sight and if it's bothersome a simple touch of your finger on the light sensor will turn that off. It's not noisy even on high, it only produces a light hum. I also have purchased several of their essential oil blends. This was the first purchase Designer Series Essential Oil Blends Collection by Organic Aromas - Luxury Gift Set for Professional Aromatherapy ... And this was the second The Elements Premium Essential Oil Blends Collection Complete Set by Organic Aromas All of the oils are of absolute high quality, the fragrances are truly lovely. I have also used other essential oils and blends in this unit and not experienced any issues with it. It's a purchase that is worth it. It's great peaceful relaxation and knowing the company stands behind it and if something goes wrong you'll be taken care of, makes the purchase all the sweeter. Take care of your unit (trust me it's not difficult to do) and you will get much enjoyment out of this (and their other products too)

I am new to the world of diffusers. We have a decent ultrasonic at home and I love it. Loved the idea of one without water and heard that these nebulizing diffusers are the best. I can tell you that when you first plug the diffuser in you have a sense of oh this is cool. Ran perfectly for maybe an hour and then just cut out. Turn it off and back on, it will run for a short bit and cut back out. Tried a variety of oils (none that are thick), and still nothing. Cleaned it out and still no results. This may work for some folks but was expecting a LOT more for the price. I am the type that HATES the hassle of shipping things back so I threw it in the trash. Cant speak to the company and the warranty process, may be great may be awful. Going to order another ultrasonic diffuser, yes they are cheaper and less effective in distribution of oil, but the one I have upstairs covers the whole area. This one would cover a closet in terms of scent if I could ever get it to work.

I'd love to give this nebulizer five stars and nearly could BUT the fact the lights can't be turned off and remain on after the nebulizer shuts down is a pretty significant oversight in the design. It's also a bit noisy - not bad, mind you, but you notice it until you get distracted. That said, this nebulizer beats my high-end water vaporizer HANDS DOWN. I've tried several different ways to enjoy essential oils, but this outdoes them all. Instead of diluting the scents of the oils like my vaporizer does or change them like my warmer does, it uses only the oils and no heat - and even on the lowest setting, quickly fills my spacious living room with the pure, unaltered scent of essential oils. The company's customer service thus far seems first rate - I feel confident that if something goes wrong before the warranty is up, the staff will help me out. Just the vibe I get from their follow-up after my order. They included one of their blends with the unit, and it smells wonderful but it's very potent - so use it in a large area. I finally feel like I'm finally getting the most out of the expensive set of oils I have. And, while I'm not quite sure about the efficacy of essential oils yet, I feel certain if they possess any magic, this is the way to utilize it. If OA comes out with a model that allows you to disable the lighting (which is lovely, btw, but not good for sleep), I'll probably buy a second one for the bedroom.

Beyond Fabulous!!! I was looking to ditch my Bath & Body plug-in addiction for a "purer" alternative. I poured over 100's of reviews, blogs, styles, and methods of achieving this... even trying to possibly "make my own" plug-ins. Well, after a ton of research, I found out that you cannot make a plug-in air freshener without added chemicals that allow the oil to "wick up" at a liquid consistency and also create the fragrance "throw" we all love to experience. Even that didn't deter me... at first! Turns out that that concoction is a very closely guarded secret and after lots of YouTube fails, I gave up. Besides, creating my own concoction of liquids to plug in to an electrical outlet wasn't the brightest idea. Soooo, Essential Oil diffusers seemed the way to go. BUT, having to add water that would run out and perhaps burn up the unit?? Meh. Plus, water on furniture? Nope. Noisy? Not gonna work. Big plastic & ugly? I'll pass. I also learned that heat can change the composition of pure EOils so those options were also out because they are really expensive and I wanted the actual benefits. I had my eye on this diffuser for a looooong time but the price was double or triple most diffusers that had good reviews. I DID like the concept though that the oil did not require any heat or water but that it somehow infused it in to the air. Hmmmm. Ok, so I knew nothing about the term "nebulizing" at the time. Do you ever Google something so much and get so many conflicting reviews/opinions that you just end up buying nothing? That was me. But then I got on my kick again about doing away with the plug-ins so I decided to watch actual unboxing/reviews on Youtube... This convinced me to shell out the dough and take a chance on what I know now to be an amazing product! I could see the scaled size (which looks much bigger in the product photos), I could hear the sound of it while operating (so quiet!), and see the set-up, operation, light changes, and the consumer's reaction. Now I had to buy some Essential Oil... I knew 5 or 6 that I'd like so I set out to get some good oil at a good deal... on Amazon. I could not BELIEVE the difference in price points and it confused the heck out of me! 15ml of a certain PURE oil could range from $5 to $32?? I found a set of oils that had over 1,000 reviews (best seller) at a crazy good price and I nearly added it to my cart... I ALWAYS look at at least some of the negative reviews just to give me perspective of what the potential problems could be. I was BEYOND lucky to find a reviewer who said to go watch a video on YouTube called "SCAMAZON" about fake pure EO's that are either synthetic chemicals, or cut with synthetics. I'm not saying that synthetics are necessarily bad if you are just looking for a scent that smells good to you but I myself was looking for PURE EO's that lack the synthetic chemicals I was looking to remove from my air fresheners. Just know too that if you are looking for Essential Oil benefits beyond air freshening and need a pure oil, the FDA only requires that a product has 5% pure ingredients to call itself pure! OH MY!! All of the low to high price points make so much more sense to me now... Anyway, the diffuser is just beyond my expectations... You might think it's "lantern" sized but it isn't... at all. Vertically it's about 1" taller than my iPhone X. The packaging is superb and the set-up takes minutes. Did I mention that it's really pretty? It also comes with an Essential Oil blend to get you started right away and it's so lovely and spa like! I had to turn the intensity down which made me SO HAPPY! The slow changing lights are calming and subtle as well... I sat 6 feet away from it as it cycled through the intervals and I could not hear it at all! (CONS) Why didn't I buy this sooner?? Doesn't have Siri, Doesn't play Spotify (POSSIBLE CON) People having problems with this might be buying sub standard "pure" oils or "fragrance" oils and it is ruining the product?? I don't think it is designed to nebulize synthetics based on the manufacturer's own advice/cautions and many consumers don't know how to tell the difference.

I've been using ultrasonic water diffusers for a long time as my source of aromatherapy. I recently discovered nebulizing, and this beautiful nebulizer has been absolutely amazing! First of all, it comes two different designs. Either a dark, cherry color base, or a light, wood grain base. I chose the dark color, like the one pictured. The glass topper reminds me of Aladdins Lamp! It's really beautiful, I love the LED light that changes colors. It should be noted that the LED lights stay on all the time, there is no way to shut them off. This gorgeous, lamp looking nebulizer works amazingly for aromatherapy. It takes about twenty five drops of essential oil to run it for two hours. It runs in cycles, two minutes on then a minute off. It will run on that cycle for two hours then automatically shut down. You can run it again if you want to, but it is suggested to let it rest for an hour between the two hour on cycles to prevent from burning out the motor. Cleaning is super easy also. Once a week, you use alcohol to clean out the tubes. Pour several drops of alcohol in the glass topper and run it for five to ten minutes. Pour out the excess alcohol, rinse and let dry. Then your ready to go! This nebulizer is a fantastic way to enjoy your essential oils. The potency is stunning! I've been using it in my living room and it spreads through out the entire upstairs of my house. It does use a lot more oil then an ultrasonic diffuser, but the potency lasts a lot longer. I only have to run it for two hours a day and I can still smell the oils the next morning when I get up. I'm super psyched I made the right choice when I bought this nebulizer. It is everything I was looking for!

I ordered based on the positive reviews, and when I received mine by using prime, I got my nebulizer without the top part. I contacted supplier by email, and they told me to double check the whole packaging because that has never happened before. There was a place for it, but it was filled with a padding plug and nothing could fit in that spot beyond the plug. I sent an photo of how I received the package, and the part was en route to me the next day. I did get a part mailed to me, but it took 9 days to get the replacement part. So waiting to use it beyond the 2 day shipping of the original product was tough, because I so wanted to use it that night I got it. This is the only issue I had, but I do love the product. It fills my room with a wonderful aroma. It is a beautiful design and I would order another one again. I use at night to help with sleeping, and it is so quiet, and I do like the lights being I enjoy some glow of light to fall asleep to, it is not overpowering that it would keep me up at night. Would order for gifts because they are so beautifully designed. UPDATE: I originally gave them 4 stars, because of the shipping issue, but have changed to 5 being customer service was very helpful with getting me the new piece and when I had an issue with it not showing any vapor, they sent me a youtube video link on how to clean the vessel, and now it works perfectly. The email from them was quickly sent by Organic Aromas, which to me is a plus for any company to have. No one wants to wait for replies.

I am very pleased with this purchase. This is small, beautiful and effective. The wood base is very attractive. The colourful lights can be turned on or off, or select one colour only instead of the very nice changing multi colours. This is a nebulizer and no water is required to operate. Just pure essential oils.This is far better that the old type oil diffuser which required water and is a big hassle. This really gets the scent out there into the room, and does not waste oil like some of the water diffusers I have used in the past. It is fairly easy to clean, unlike the diffusers. It's nicely boxed and would make a lovely gift. It is well packaged to avoid any damage. It arrived quickly in perfect shape. The instructions are very easy to understand.

I bought this diffuser from Organic Aromas to replace an inferior look alike Diffuser that was so noisy I had to turn the tv up when it was on! The Organic Aromas Diffuser arrived next day as promised and is more a work of sat than a Diffuser. It is also whisper quiet. Unfortunately there was a problem with the pump and it was producing next to no mist. I contacted the company via their web chat and they responded immediately, after a few diagnostic investigations they told me the pump was the problem. A new pump was sent out straight away expedited delivery and arrived within 3 days. The diffuser now works perfectly. This is one of the few companies I have come across that produce superior quality goods and have the superior customer service to go with it. Don't make the mistake I did trying to save money going for the cheap version it's not worth it, I would highly recommend this diffuser as it not only looks great but produces a great aromatic mist.

Where do I start! ?? If I could give this product ten stars I would. THIS is what quality is all about! I think today, in our 'throw away world' we are so often disappointed when the goods we have ordered arrive. I know with me, they are often 'so-so' but due to what we have come to expect, I often give them good ratings as they are more or less what we have come to expect. I want my reviews to be meaningful and genuine. Like probably many of you, I have purchased products with glowing reports, only to find them sub-standard or similar. I have found this very annoying and frustrating. I think this is disingenuous to other buyers and does nobody any favours, least of all the seller, who may then float along on a cloud of delusion, not taking responsibility for sub-standard goods . I wanted one of these for some time but was put off a bit by the price. In that time I have purchased 4 other aromatherapy diffusers....3 I liked for different reasons taking into account the price and design etc.. This... is a work of art. Plus a medicinal device. Beautifully made, beautifully presented. In fact, one gets the feeling that it is a real gift to self (which in my case it is) It comes in a lovely box, the base in a black pouch and the rest very tastefully and carefully packaged. I also really appreciated the two pipettes for cleaning or other purposes but most of all the beautiful bottle of aromatherapy oil to get me started. I got the distinct impression the company were not only (justifiably) proud of their product, they were very respectful of their customers too (VERY important) imho. It is extremely quiet to run, even at full throttle so to speak. It is aesthetically very pleasing. That is why I say it is a work of art. Very high quality in all parts from the beautiful base to the carved glass. I do not have money to fling around...neither am I a professional reviewer. Simply someone who believes in giving credit where it is due. It's only been on a couple of minutes and already my home is filled with exquisite scent. I have no connection whatsoever to this firm. My intentions are only to give an exemplary review to a first class product and to encourage those who may be wondering whether to invest, to do so without hesitation. I wish this company all the success. They deserve it.
