Infused Balsamic Quartetto - Fig, Pomegranate, Grapefruit & Peach (Pack of 4 x 150ml)

I had never exposed to infused vinegars before, and I'm SOOO glad I tried them. I didn't expect them to be so thick and delicious, and sweet, too! They are amazing on my salads, since I'm avoiding oils. Some fresh avocado and then some of this infused vinegar is all I need to make my salads amazing!

Since the description said No Added Sugar, I bought these for a Girl Cousin reunion, since several of us are doing Whole 30. Can't speak to the Blackberry or Mango, since I didn't use those, but I made salad dressings with both the Green Apple and the Raspberry, using light tasting Olive Oil. Both were delicious, but the Green Apple was outstanding! ALL of us loved that one, but the Raspberry was mighty tasty, too! I'll order them again, and have them delivered to MY house, this time!

I have discovered all the flavored vinegars just recently so I have only tried a few. I have tasted all of these along with 2 others from a different company. So, here is how I feel...the other 2 were fantastic both in packaging and flavor. This group was not as good. Understand we all have different tastes....the blackberry was good, the rasberry was even a little bit better. I did not care for the green apple or the mango. Don't get me wrong I will still use them. I just won't buy them again. One other thing, they are a little bit runny. I like them a little thicker. I still recommend them, you may love them. I have absolutely no issues with the seller. They were packaged very well and arrived just as promised.

I was not a fan of the consistency, slightly too thick. Tasted more like a syrup them infused vinegar. I'll use these up (eventually since barely reach for them), and will not be repurchasing. I found that it works/tastes better when i add extra balsamic to the dressing.

Wow. These are delicious. I tasted each one on a little cherry tomato and then found myself wanting to dip my fingers in the bottle...oh heck, I might as well just drink it. I haven't had this on a salad or fruit just yet but these are delicious. They are a tad sweet and thick for a balsamic and almost have a glaze-like consistency but does it matter? No! These are good. The mango is amazing. So are the other flavors. Mmmm.

I live near Napa where I used to buy flavored vinegars in the farmers markets at a very high price. These are just as great and much less expensive. Thank you!!

This product shipped well packaged. I have only used the raspberry one so far. It is thick and makes a great dressing for a salad, etc. I bought it for a specific recipe and was hoping it would be runnier - which is why I gave it four stars. The flavor is very good. I smelled one of the other ones and it looked/smelled like it was just as thick and flavorful as the raspberry.

The vinegars are everything I expected - thick and very flavorful. My only complaint is that the apricot bottle lid was not closed completely and it leaked all over the bottle and the packaging. As small as these bottles are, I would have liked to have every drop of product I paid for.I sent an email to the manufacturer over a week ago about this issue but they have not replied.
