Big solid block
This product has been really helpful for me in pilates classes. It is exactly as described.It was a bit thicker than I had expected to check dimensions before you buy.I obviously forgot to check carefully as I think I would have bought a thinner block - a matter of personal choice!

Needed a yoga block for doing my yoga practices. As still new to yoga. This block is great! It's nice and sturdy, and holds itself and your weight nice and evenly when using it for certain postures. It's strong but also lightweight in itself. A good purchase.It arrived with a few marks and dents which is why I knocked a star off. But it hasn't affected the block.

I bought this for an exercise for lower back pain - the exercise was recommended by a physiotherapist. It is sturdy and more comfortable than the book that I was previously using!Delivery was a day earlier than expected and some incense was included in the pack - a nice extra touch.
