A reputable local shoe store initially recommended these, although they stopped carrying them for unknown reasons, so I was really happy to find them on Amazon when I wore out my first pair. They are my go-to for hiking boot inserts. In fact, when I buy new boots, I remove the inserts that come with them and put these "10 Seconds" in. I occasionally have a pinched nerve in my lower back, which is aggravated by walking without good foot support. I can tell when it's time to replace the inserts by the increasing pain in my feet and back. My foot and back pain goes away like magic with these inserts. They are so supportive and comfortable.

These were recommended by my podiatrist. They provide good arch support and cushioning.

I normally purchase metatarsal inserts from a name brand company (who sells the shoes) but I tried this metatarsal insert and it works fine. It is very comfortable and just as good as the name brand.

I got these for the purported benefit to the metatarsals. That turned out to be non-existent. It's very comfy but not really supportive - the material is entirely spongy. If you're looking for an insole that's so cushiony you can't fit both the insole and your foot in your shoe, then this is the one for you!

They are so nice and helpful for extra cushion as I had a lot of foot pain. I liked them so much I bought them for each of my shoes.

Tenía fascitis plantar o neuroma de Morton, algo así, sentía un dolor agudo debajo del segundo y tercer dedo del pie derecho, y ya había probado con platillas de Dr. scholl's, que en teoría también están diseñadas para eso, si había mejorado con esas ligeramente, pero no se iba del todo, y si dejaba de usarlas el dolor seguía ahí, por fortuna encontré estas de 10 SECONDS, y con envió a México a través de Amazon, no estaba seguro de cuales debía pedir porque una de las publicaciones solo decía G en vez de las medidas en números que habitualmente se usan para los pies, y tampoco podría encontrar información de a que equivalía la G, pero escribí a través de Amazon al vendedor, y le pregunté que cual número era el correcto, y me confirmo que para mis pies de 30 centímetros la G era la adecuada, mas o menos 11 1/2 o 12 de USA, y las pedí, generan una sensación extraña los primeros días, y sentí algo de carga extra en las rodillas, pero de inmediato el dolor de el pie desaparecía el tenerlas puestas, las usé mas o menos unos dos meses, todos los días, y a inicios del tercer mes me percate que ya no sentía el dolor cuando no las tenía puestas tampoco, decidí probar a no usarlas mas y ver si el dolor ya no volvía, y ya no volvió, imagino que al ser una inflamación de algún nervio, dejarlo descansar ese tiempo fue suficiente para que volviera a la normalidad, y ahora puedo volver a hacer mi vida sin ningún dolor, y no tuve que someterme a ninguna cirugía ni ninguno de los otros métodos que había visto que a veces se usan para solucionar ese dolor, muy recomendables.Pd. Peso al rededor de 116 kg, y las platillas nunca perdieron su forma!
