DOES THE JOB
The WX4-A019 is an under-cabinet mounting kit for a variety of GE microwave ovens, INCLUDING GE Spacemaker II 1.0 Cu. Ft. Microwave Oven - JEM25DMWW .ALTERNATIVESFor simple installations (hanging the microwave from a cabinet floor 1/2"--5/8" thick, and the bottom of the door is not recessed {e.g. for under-cabinet lighting} and the bottom of the door is not lower than the bottom of the cabinet), 4 ca 1 1/4" screws and 4 large washers (> 1 1/2" diameter) can do just as good a job as the kit.TOO MANY PARTS?The kit includes parts and instructions for a variety of microwave ovens and different mounting situations---you will not need all the parts.CONFUSING INSTRUCTIONS?There are just too many combinations of cabinet designs and configurations and microwave models to make simple instructions. The instructions (and template) may not apply in all cases. Measure the distances and mark the points independently of the template, at least as a cross-check.INSTALLATION SUGGESTIONS> Each of the two backing plates has 5 holes, only 2 of which you will use. It simplifies things (and prevents errors), if you mark the holes (on the backing plate) you will be using with a magic marker.> Usually you want the front of the door of the microwave to be flush with the front of the CLOSED kitchen cabinet doors---which depends on the thickness of the cabinet doors. For the front holes, measure back from the front of the CLOSED cabinet door (the distance should be the same as on the microwave, from the front of the closed door of the microwave to the front holes on the top of the microwave). For the back holes, measure back from the front holes. Double check the distance between the front and back holes with a backing plate. Note that the front of the microwave needs to be a minimum of 13" from the wall. (With standard American kitchen cabinets you have 13 1/4"--14" depending on the thickness of the cabinet doors.)> Double check the distance side-to-side between the front holes (and between the back holes). Do NOT assume that it is a "round number"---for 24"-wide Spacemaker II microwaves, the distance is 19 15/32" center-to-center.> If the ventilation fan grill of your microwave is on the left side, and there is an obstruction on the left side (such as a wall, a refrigerator, or a pantry cabinet), shift the hole locations 1/4" to the right if you can, so that you do not block the fan.> Some microwaves need extra clearance on the left side for the door to open completely (not likely to be a problem if you've already shifted the holes to the right for the ventilation grill).> Use a center punch to locate the holes, then drill pilot holes (about 1/8" in diameter), then final holes (1/4" to 3/8" in diameter). Larger holes can make it easier to align with the oven, but do NOT rely on large holes to make up for sloppy measuring.> The box the microwave came in, plus a few books or boards, can shim up the microwave in place to make it easier to align (and install with the screws).> Click on “Stoney” just below the product title to see my other reviews, or leave a comment to ask a question.

Just as promised. Great for under cabinets. Super easy to install. If you plan to use it under the cabinet you MUST have the mounting kit so order it now so you don't have to double ship fees. Very nice and compact and was hard for me to find but this was it.
