These strips worked way better than I expected. They were a little difficult to get into place but once there no issues at all, no weird taste. I left on just 15 minutes and there was a very noticeable difference. I ha e never used whitening strips before but will definitely use these again.

One strip for the upper row and one-piece for the bottom row. Super easy to use. You open the box and rip open a pouch. Place the pieces on your teeth and leave it on for thirty minutes. Enough time for you to catch up on your favorite show or whatever you want. The results save me a bunch of money from saving a trip to the Dentist office.

Seemed like my teeth were white as soon as I got done using them and then went back to their normal color. When taking them off after 30 minutes the charcoal got stuck to my teeth so I just used water and brushed my teeth and they came off.
