Venia teniendo fallas con la calidad de la impresión de mis cartuchos actuales. Hice la compra con algo de incredulidad de que estos nuevos cartuchos solucionara mi problema, para mi sorpresa funcionaron de maravilla y la calidad es muy buena. Solo tuve que cambiar la posición del chip para que mi impresora C48W los reconociera.

Item worked on my printer well

I had been using a different brand, DoItBetter I think. When I switched to that brand, I had to replace all 4 cartridges at once. When one of the old ones needed to be replaced, I installed just one of these and it worked fine. So far, so good.

Despite having a really good reputation it seems that I have received a defective item, the quality of the prints is just not right after trying everything I gave up and order from a different brand, the other brand gave me better prints so I’m assuming it’s not my device or the settings on my printer.

los recibi bien , los instale y mande una impresion de etiquetas adhesivas, todo bien hasta aqui, cuando quite la etiqueta para adherirla al paquete la impresion se empezo a desprender!, jaaaamas habia pasado esto con los toners originales, probe en un papel bond, y lo mismo , el toner no se fija, asi que mejor los devolvies una pena porque el precio estaba bien, pero no sirven

Zero star if I have a choice.Don’t waste time on this.The product didn’t work.Printer couldn’t recognise the black and yellow toners. The magenta toner didn’t even have the electronic chip.
