If 0 was an option i would rank it that. The pillow was terrible. I got this for a Christmas gift and could not even give it to my brothers girl friend . The pillow was so dark the picture was not able to see. The sequences don’t go down all the way. The back of the pillow has dark stains. I messages maker of pillow and no response. Worst product i have ever submitted. However someone has contacted me to get a new pillow so i am hoping that this one turns out better

I absolutely love this, I have got a picture of one of my friends father who had pass away one this pillow case and is giving it to her for her graduation!! ❤️ The size is good, the appearance is clear like I can actually see his face, and it is very soft !

I have purchased a similar product. This one did not come with a pillow. The other one did and the picture quality was similar to the one I sent. With this case I was expecting a better printed picture. The one I got was dull and faded. Was disappointed because it was a super cute picture, but did not turn out cute at all because of the quality. The rest of the pillow case was good quality. Cool idea. Just really disappointed in the picture.

The media could not be loaded. Got this as a gift for a friend who is opening a gym for birth to 6 year Olds.Chose the option to purchase pillow along with case but case seems to small as it doesn't close in the back.Sequins seems a little cheap and like it won't hold up but overall happy with the quick shipping and overall look of the pillow from the front at least .

I took the photo that was provided to me from a friend's engagement party invitation. It was a cute photo of the engaged couple in a tropical setting.The photo that came on the pillow case was very clear and of excellent quality. I bought a pillow filling for the case and gave it to the bride to be at her party. This was a group of very wealthy people and my pillow was by far the least expensive gift and yet it was the hit of the party!Perfect for so many gift-giving occasions. Lots of fun!

I loved this idea and waited eagerly all week for this to arrive. Upon opening I noticed the picture was cropped/magnified cutting off a portion of the image I submitted. If that was the only problem I wouldn’t have minded as much, but when trying to move the sequins to see the silver side I noticed multiple spots we’re sewn incorrectly and they do not flip to the other side at all. Not to mention the pillow case was sent in an envelope where it was folded in half, leading to more bent sequins. This item is ineligible for returns or refunds so I suppose I will make the best of it, but I recommend looking into other options before making your decision.

I order customized sequin pillow for fathers day.It arrived on time and was good.My toddler started playing with the pillow and sequins were coming off pillow, was worried that he might put them in mouth and swallow them.I contacted customer support and asked if they could replace with regular pillowcase. They understood my situation and replaced immediately. Thankyou for quick response and totally satisfied with the product

I bought this to give as a gift, but I am unwilling to gift it due to the quality. The photo is great, but only about half of the sequins flip over so the entire idea of the pillow is shot.UPDATE: I fell ill shortly after this review and was unable to contact the seller in a timely fashion because of that. The seller has since reached out to me and promptly refunded the cost without me even requesting it. I think that's pretty darn amazing and have updated my rating to 5 stars because of that. While the product I received was not acceptable, their customer service certainly made up for it and I don't wish to bring down their rating. It's too late now to order for the birthday gift, but I will likely come back and order one for Christmas with the refunded $$.
