Great value
Okay I gravely misunderstood "Small Form Factor", this is basically a regular desktop case. The upside to that is that there is plenty of space for additional disk storage, and being HP is really accessible and nicely layed out. There's physical space inside for possibly another 5 2.5" disks if you use a couple of dual 2.5" to 3.5" cages: there are only three SATA sockets on the motherboard so you'd need a PCIe SATA card to use them all.Also, even for a refurb, it's really really clean. The processor fan doesn't look like it's ever seen any dust at all.Oh and I appear to have got a USB WiFi dongle as a freebie :-D

Bigger than I anticipated. Better than I expected
The Desk top is bigger than I thought, but very quick. Wonderful, took no time to set up. Really pleased.

Very good service and product.
I purchased this item to replace a laptop for my home office. What I received was very good quality and as per the advert. I asked for extra RAM and WiFi card, which was added at a very reasonable price and the level of customer service I received during the ordering process was outstanding. Sadly, I had not got the specifications right on my order and had to return it. Which was done without issue or complaint. I will be using this supplier again.
