I ordered this item on monday 20th july it arrived 2 days later. It was well packaged, and I am pleased with how it looks. I bought this as a dressing table chair, it looks great, it's comfortable and and was easy to put together.

I received this chair with a part missing, like some other customers. After some messages back and forth, the seller rectified within 10 days by sending me a new chair. The chair is nice, easy to assemble and I am pleased with how they handled the issue of the missing part

Overpriced but extremely stylish and very different from the typical office chair.

EXTREMELY disappointed.Loose stitching, stained fabric, the foam itself was dented and the fabric damaged on the outside. Customer services told us to put ‘toothpaste’ on the fabric to fix it and offered us £9 back. Don’t expect to buy a brand new chair to smother it in toothpaste. Laughable. Awful quality and poor service. DON’T BUY THIS CHAIR!!!!!

Edit: after a rather long back and forth the seller has sent instructions on how to fix at home without returning. review updated to three starsSeat and base connect with a thin plastic piece that arrived broken, so was unable to set up the chair. Shame as the chair otherwise is nice

This chair is just as beautiful in real life as in the picture, sturdy, easy to put up and really cute! It fits in beautifully with my monochrome style Office!Don’t hesitate if your thinking of buying!
