I originally just ordered one for my niece. Took some time to get here but nothing really to long to complain about. I received it the other day and omg way better than what I expected. I did opt for sterling silver and a box chain plus 4 sided engraving so it was more expensive than what the original would cost but TOTALLY WORTH THE COST. I say expensive very loosely because even with all of the upgrades I did it was still a great price. I was truly shocked from the quality. I would definitely recommend this seller based on this purchase and did order another. The only thing I struggle with is the cost of express shipping upgrade. The second one I needed was for my daughters teacher who has been above and beyond amazing. My daughter has ADHD and she can be extreme. While all of her teachers historically have been great her teacher this year has made amazing changes to my daughters life. I wanted to do something big for her since she’s changed my/ our outlook on my daughters future with education and life in general ... prior to her teaching my daughter I was concerned that she was always going to struggle and nobody would give her the chance to show her true potential. Now I feel like she will excel and have a successful future. This is why it was such an important gift. The quality of this necklace was so great and at such a great price I could afford to swing it. Once I saw that the upgraded shipping was more expensive than the necklace I designed I was heartbroken. I was hoping to receive it before the last time we will see her teacher and even with the express shipping it appears that I won’t get the necklace in time. I literally purchased this 2nd necklace for the teacher anyways with a huge hope that her teacher will be willing to meet up with us to get it. I really wanted it to be a surprise and for her colleagues to see her receive this considering I think it would have pushed all of the teachers to be more like her. Unfortunately I don’t think it’s going to make it here in time for that. I was actually more confused by the window between regular shipping and express shipping. They overlap so it’s really kind of extreme for it to be such a high cost and I’m a prime member. I’m sorry for such a long review. I do believe this product is amazing. I just can’t get past the shipping cost.

Really small, and the edges are not rounded over. But the lettering is clear and crisp, and done correctly! I am NOT happy about the privacy invasion involved; you have to sign over that your info can be collected/used. That alone is enough to drop it a star.
