Not perfect fit,but good enough
It's clear this is not the original one that comes with the headset as it is a slightly different shape than the original and it doesn't fit perfectly flush with the headphone.I really had to shove it in there to get it connected,and I'm more hesitant to take it on and off than the original.But since I lost the original,this is good enough.It works,and the people on the other end can hear me fine.the foam windscreen works well.

Did not work!
I bought this as a replacement for my HyperX Cloud II Microphone, since I misplaced my original one. It arrived undamaged in decent packaging, but when I plugged it into my headset it would not work. I went through the troubleshooting steps, even reset the Sound Settings in Windows, as well as rebooted the computer but, the computer did not register any connection of the Microphone into the Headset.The overall design looks very similar to the original microphone, but the plastic/rubber fitting around the base of the connector where it would connect to the Headset was very tight fitting, it would seat all the way but still the issue of it not being able to use it at all was still there.I wish it would have worked!

Fit cloud II perfectly
Sound quality is good, definitely not as good like the oem. However it fits perfectly on the Cloud II, so that is a win in my book

Good replacement mic
Sound quality is slightly less than the original, overall good replacement for Cloud X 2 headset.

My old microphone is defective, I bought a new one (this one) and it works very well on my Hyper X Cloud II.

This is not a replacement for HyperX Cloud 2
This replacement mic is titled to be a replacement for HyperX Cloud 2, but it isn't. Doesn't fit at all. I've reviewed my receipt for the headset to make sure it was the right model, it is.Whelp.2 stars cause it was delivered fast and no visible dmg.
