Love it! So much easier to use and more consistent than holding an egg puff pan over the gas burner on my stove. Most of the snack shops that sell them don’t know how to do it right any more, so I’m glad I can make these at home now. If you want a better recipe, look for “Hong Kong style egg waffle” on Christine’s Recipes site. 3 minutes at 200C and definitely blow on it with a fan after you take it out or it won’t be crispy.Not sure if it’s necessary but I flip it halfway through. Put a small sheet pan underneath to catch drips and try not to overfill; the batter will expand when it heats. The “English” instructions are useless but the machine is pretty straightforward. Set temp to 200, heat until the light turns off, open it, fill with batter, close and flip over, start timing.It says ALDKitchen on the base of the unit, so it seems that “Gorilla Rock” isn’t an actual brand. All of the different brands of these units on Amazon are probably all made by the same company, which is fine with me. I’m happy with the quality so far. I didn’t even have to use nonstick spray.

Received my egg waffle machine several days after ordering it from amazon. The package was tight and the machine arrived in perfect condition. The machine was easy to set up, just had to screw the handles on to the machine with the provided screws. Plug in the machine and turn it on to the temperature you want. it takes about 3 minutes for the machine to warm up to the temperature you set it at. I made many egg waffles with the machine and after many trials and errors I figured out the temperature needed to cook my egg waffle: 165 degrees. Check the photos i uploaded for the result.Only downside of the machine is that the center heats hotter than certain spots. Not a big problem anyways. The time dial is missing a marker label so i dont know how much time i had set it to. Also no label on wether if green light comes on the machine is heating up. A label would help users know when the green light is on, the machine is heating up.

This bubble waffle exceeded my expectation. It worked extremely well and turned out great waffles. We used it to make over 80 waffles for a festival this past weekend. Kids loved them. Adults bought multiple waffles. I made matcha waffle, chocolate chips waffle, and vanilla waffle. This waffle maker works much better than the your standard waffle maker. I am planning to use to make waffles each Sunday for our Sunday school. I highly recommend this waffle maker.

Cheap purchased two and both are boken less than six months of purchasing. Straight garage. Received a replacement and still broke in two months cheaply made will never buy again.

The bubble waffle maker did not disappoint. It works great and did what it said it would do. It’s easy to set up and clean afterwards. It also doesn’t take long to make and gets hot quickly. Would 100% recommend!

Uneven heating right out of the box.Comes fully assembled which is nice, but not good quality.
