So far Very Pleased!!!
(Please bear with me here, I am not a pro gardener, lol)(He arrived around May 30, and I am writing this review on July 4, so at this point, I have had him for a little over a month now; about 5-6 weeks or so) I ordered this single White Bleeding Heart plant from "Willard & May USA", and the Delivery Date is listed as May 31, 2019 . It came within a few days and was packaged quite well! I planted the poor little guy asap in the best pot I could find with the best potting soil I had. I've been keeping him on our porch so that he isn't in the direct sun and I've been keeping him nice and moist.. trying not to over-water (or as I call it, 'Over-Love') him... just keeping his soil moist, and giving extra water on especially hot/dry days. When I first got him, he had like a single little plant stalk and a pretty robust root set. He was looking rather droopy and sad, and I was worried about his condition after the shipping ordeal that he had clearly just suffered through, so I carefully planted him as soon as possible; and Thankfully, within a couple of days he began to perk right up!! (By the way, the temperature where I live in the southern US is very hot this time of year, so i am sure that shipping a live plant in that kind of heat was likely the main factor as to why he arrived a bit wilted! I am actually quite impressed that he wasn't a totally dehydrated little stick! lol!!!) Since then, he has just been taking off and growing more and more!!! He looks rather happy, in my opinion!! He has nice, lush green leaves, and is getting fuller and taller every couple of weeks. I even moved him over to get some more sun , since he now seems strong enough to take it!! I have had other bleeding heart plants die on me, due mostly to my own mistakes planting them in direct sun light, and also due to my buying some sad half-dead plants from the seasonal bulb/plant 'box kit' area in the local walmart/lowes type of stores. However, now that this guy is doing pretty well, he seems to be handling the increased sun quite well! Considering I have only had this guy for around 5-6 weeks now (6 weeks at the most), I am SUPER impressed with him!!! He came as a single little stalk (rather small, yet clearly determined!!!) , and now he is growing into a beautiful, vibrant and lush plant in his own right!! He was probably about a few inches tall around the time when I planted him, and now he is around a foot tall with many little off-shoots and "branches" coming out from his central stalk. Also, I should note how healthy the rich/vibrant green leaves appear! None of that sickly yellow-ish looking plant and/or leaves!!! I greatly anticipate and am very much looking forward to his continued healthy growth, and I am very excited/hopeful for some little "bleeding heart" flowers to come along!!! Soon I hope!! =D As soon as I can figure out how to attach pictures to these reviews, I will have to share some pictures of him with you guys!! I am so proud of this little plant, and really considering buying some more of these!!! Also, I will attempt to provide some updates to this review as my plant continues to grow =) In conclusion, I would highly recommend this plant, and the Seller: 'Willard & May USA'!!!!! Also with BIG THANKS to Amazon for the great shipping and handling, and quick arrival!!This was my first time buying a live plant online, and initially I was nervous and kept putting off the order, but I am really impressed with this plant, and I am really glad that I gave them a shot and ordered this!!!!! Generally speaking, I am still rather wary of plant-buying online, but I can definitely say that my confidence in this particular seller is quite good and I look forward to buying more from them!It seems that wherever this plant originated from, the sellers/growers must have some pretty great stock to have produced such a wonderful plant!!=) Thanks again for a great plant, and I really hope that this review has been helpful!!! =)<3 Happy Planting!! <3~Posted July 4, 2019~ Happy Fourth of July Everyone!!! <3
