FabrianoStudio Cold Press Watercolor Pad, 11 x 14, White

I purchased this pad for making a watercolor binder. I own roughly 30- 40 palettes and wanted to have a place where I csn look up pigment information, dates of purchase. Stuff like that. First of all the price was *chef's kiss*. Secondly I discovered this is amazing with granulating colors. Daniel smith watercolor works so well with this paper. I use it almost exclusively now. I have some examples with Daniel Smith.

It can take the water really well and it doesn't buckle to much. Its a bit bigger than i expected but thats my fault i love it honestly. Its heavy but that is expected for the quality and it has a great price. I like it better the canson watercolor paper for now. :))

This paper is very good. Fabriano Studios is not just for students. Even the 90 lb paper out perform all American papers I've tried. It lifts easily and withstands repeated washes to the edges. No stretching required. The equivalent of the paper hangs in the Louvre, the Vatican and the Orsay. I can hardly believe the value. I've paid 10 times more and yet this is better paper; this is an extreme example but Speedball Liquid cost 5 to 10 times more depending on weight as I've test both 140 and 300 lb and Fabriano Studios come out on top. You should be happy with this paper.l.

I used for a class in watercolor. It works well for class or practice. Of course the heavier paper is serious paper for a good piece of art.

25% cotton makes it affordable but great paper for a beginner

I ordered 11x14 size, received 9x12. I didn’t pay attention and used one page, then noticed that it’s small. The quality is good. But I need bigger size. Don’t know what to do with it know.

Very high quality! Got this for my FIL and he loves it! I felt the paper myself and it felt thick and had a lot of texture!
