Buy four, the extras will be for when you inadvertently break one of the lenses. Cheaper than buying a lens separately. And you know you'll break one eventually.I installed these yesterday on my tilt bed ATV/golf cart trailer. I love the metal housings, makes grounding easier, and less likely to crack than the plastic LED lights that these replaced, due to poor design, housings cracked by wrenching too hard on the mounting bolts. Although these don't have internal reflectors, don't worry, do what I did, add some tin foil, shiny side out. I cut a couple of pieces of aluminum foil slightly larger than the housings. Cut a small piece out of the center, and slid them into place. Should work for a few years before I need to install the extras. And the price can't be beat!

I thought I was really up the creek without a paddle when I broke the taillight on my 1954 CJ3B but these lights are cheap, of good quality and look good in use. I bought four to have a couple of spares for next time. I can only recommend these as they were easy to install and suit a vintage vehicle really well.

These fit perfect for a couple trailers I needed lights on. Cheap price and well made, a difficult combination.

Used these to replace broken lights on a small utility trailer and for only $2.50 a piece it's hard to beat them,same light at the farm store was $13. Mounting was straight forward and quality seems good but as others have mentioned the wiring instructions on the package is backwards so check function before finishing installation. They look kind of fragile but my lights are recessed in a housing and protected so not an issue for me. Would have given 5 stars if the wiring wasn't backwards

Simple two wire operation and easy to install.

I used this for a vintage motorcycle tail light. The quality is really nice and it's an actual metal housing. I cut the outer bracket off for my application.

Really just bought it for the lense as I lost mine on my bike and it was the cheapest one I could find.
