GAME REVIEWI will be reviewing NBA 2K18, I am reviewing this game because it is a new and improved compared to the previous versions. Every year they change the gameplay and atmosphere of the game. This year (2018) they have really made the game realistic. Where do we start off? Well let’s start from the normal “play now” mode. This side of the game is where you usually jump into matches and play against CPU or another a player 2. Diving straight into this game mode is the part where it gets interesting, the most acknowledged change and improvement is the way the controls feel in the game, the player movement are more flexible instead of stiff. Then we move onto the atmosphere of the game, whilst in intense moments and situations you will be able to hear the game players speak to each other like you would actually hear in real basketball too. This a really good mechanic that has been added to this year’s game because the game needs to be as realistic as real NBA basketball is too.Secondly we have the smart play that has also been added and improved. Smart play is mostly suggested to the new players, the players that don’t know about basketball roles etc., the smart play option is used when your team is going on attack it is used to help you get your way to the basket, they have decreased the game speed for the player to follow the steps of the smart play instructions.Thirdly the same usual Career Mode part of the game what has really changed this year? Well a lot has changed. Your main character is called DJ and he really started off from nothing unlike the old NBA career Modes
