Hot tub crystals
We absolutely love this stuff. Add just a little a few minutes before soaking in the Jacuzzi. Leaves the skin feeling soft/smooth, and the scent is wonderful. Been using it for years and has never created any problems for our tub’s surface or plumbing

Very nice. But expensive for what you get.
It's a great product. I like the scent that it puts off in the hot tub. Smells great. Lasts hours. The big drawback, in my opinion, is the cost per use. You have to use about 1/5 of the bottle every time you use it, otherwise you don't get enough of a scent to notice it much. And with how much this stuff costs that's almost $5 every time you use it!!! To me, that's just not worth it. I'll save it for special occasions or something. But it's too expensive to use regularly.I will say, I read several reviews if these kind of products creating a film layer over the water and such. But haven't experienced any of that. It works great in my hot tub with no adverse side effects. Just costs too much.

Stains water
It smells good but stained our hot tub water dark yellow. It looks so dirty and gross and makes me want to just drain it and start over. Also very expensive for how much product you get. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Hawaiin Sunset? Uh, no.
This did improve the scent of my hot tub, not a difficult feat. But the scent was more like an old lady's heavy flower scented perfume. Notes of $5/liter CVS perfume dominate. It's better than chlorine smell but not by a whole lot. I won't buy it again. I always felt like Hawaiin sunsets should smell like pina-coladas and coconut. Maybe I've been going to the wrong Hawaii.
