Q: Is the item pictured the ones I will get ? I ordered once and got the wrong item. I need the ones in the picture.

I got the ones as shown in the picture. It was an exact replacement for my broken hinges.

Q: Does thesis fit the Coleman Expedition Cooler?

Do they look like the ones you want to replace ? Can't tell you if they work on the Expedition and I have NO IDEA what one I have. Go to Coleman Replacement Part they should show all the various hinges and coolers they fit.

Q: Will these replacement hinges let the lid stay open?

It's been a while that we have used the cooler but truthfully I believe that it never stood open.

Q: Do these come with instructions? I dont see how to remove the half that is snapped in the cooler itself. Do you drill it out?

I didn't get instructions. If the t shaped lug if broken off in the hole you may have to turn it until it lines up with the slot then pull it out. Pliers, tweezers or maybe screw a screw in it to serve as a handle. The lug goes in the hole then turns 90 degrees to line up and put the screws in the lid. Hope this helps.
