Follow protocol for easier use
Some have said this is difficult to install or falls off easily. I have been using for almost 2 months. I read reviews about not attaching and breaking tabs. It does have to be lined up properly. But then it clicks into place. I have found it to be sturdy when attached. By the way I also have Armour Suit black carbon on back so my device is a bit thicker. This is the process I use for stress free, successful connection.1) First connect to your device2) After firmly connected to device THEN connect USB cable.I found that if I have USB cable connected to cradle then try to connect to device it is very frustrating and almost not possible. But when used as described above it only takes a moment to connect.
