Map itself is printed on a nice, matte paper – thought expected it to be thicker and sturdier. Map can easily show crease from handling, so be careful. Provided wooden scratcher is a good tool in scratching off places. The map design is great and colorful (when places are revealed).The biggest disappointment was that I did not receive the 50 map printouts as advertised. I reached out to the seller but never received a response addressing my concern, which made this purchase even less pleasant.

I ordered this map as a gift for my sister in law and felt extreme disappointment when I noticed the 50 states were NOT included. Oh, and neither was the wooden scratcher.NOT AS ADVERTISEDI will be returning this beautiful poster only because $40 for 1 poster is too much money.

The map arrived on time in a very heavy-duty protected tube. The scratching tool made removing those places we've visited in the states and world a breeze for removing. We have been really happy with how well the outlining and identification of the countries below the covered surface looks when removed. It's really well-made.It's been really fun to talk to our kids about where we've been and talk about places and cultures all over the world. We're going to be using these in the future for graduates and wedding gifts. Such a great piece of art that continues to tell a story throughout the years of exploring the world.

I absolutely love this map! It’s very cool looking and the fact that you get to scratch off the places you’ve been makes it even more interesting. We had fun scratching off the places we’ve been and talking about the places we’d like to go!!

I love this map! The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that it states that it comes with printouts of the 50 states and mine did not come with them. But the map itself is very nice.

This is such a beautiful map! I haven't traveled much of the world but I knew this would be the perfect gift for my more adventurous brother and sister in law. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The quality is great and I'm excited to give it as a housewarming gift to my well-traveled siblings for their new home base.
